My fault for not reading the fine print. The "big deal" was for cleaning 4 rooms for about $110. When the technician arrived, he informed me that area rugs could not be counted as a room (why in the world not-they take up far less square footage?). Moreover, after a call to the office, I was told that they would not proratethe amount paid even though they were doing only 2 rooms. Additionally, if I wanted to cancel the deal, there would be a $45 cancellation fee. Since I had already gone to considerable effort to move most furniture into the garage, and I was expecting family visitors the next day, I felt compelled to pay the additional amount of $145.50 to have the 2 area rugs and the hall runner cleaned. Again, my fault for not reading the fine print, but I feel almost as though I was subjected to th classic bait and switch.

Just bought this house and I never had carpets cleaned before (ive always rented). I guess they did a good job, it looks clean and theres no bad odor or anything and im writing this about a month after they cleaned it.

they arrived early (after calling and confirming that was ok), did an efficient and professional job and left the carpets in the 3 bedrooms looking like new. I would use them again.

I talked with the owner on Saturday, and she apologized because she couldn't get anyone to my home until Monday. Pretty rapid response I would say. Frankie, the technician called on time to say he was on his way over. He reviewed the area with me to make sure he knew what he was supposed to do. He was very friendly , cheerful and knowledgeable. He moved light pieces of furniture to other rooms, thoroughly vacuumed the area and then started the cleaning process. The process itself is very quiet unlike any other process I've listened to throughout my neighborhood. In fact, I'm sure no one outside my home heard a thing! The carpet really looks like new. Frankie told me it would be dry in one or two hours. I stretched out in my recliner with my puppy with the ceiling fans on when he left, and when I finished my nap the carpet was totally dry and looked beautiful. I'm going to get them back after the holidays to clean my tile floors and upholstery! I couldn't be happier with the results and the people who interacted with me. It smells nice and fresh, too! I updated this review to say that everything I said before was true; however, just a couple of months after the carpet was cleaned the "doggie" spots started to raise up and turn dark. These were areas I had pointed out as needing treatment for pet urine. Recently the spots got dark enough that I chose someone else to come to the house and steam clean the carpet.

Excellent company to work with. Very professional and they did a great job. I cannot tolerate any cleaning odors and had no problems with their process. I have recommended Carbonated Solutions to friends, family and co-workers and will have them back the next time I need the carpet cleaned.

Called within expected arrival window to let uis know they would be arriving in about 20 minutes.Arrived on time as stated and were very professional and friendly. Entire process took about an hour to an hour and a half with spectacular results. We had never used a professional cleaner before and the tile was over 10 years old. The results made the floor look like new and we have white grout! Excellent company!

Well. I have used this company once before, and was satisfied with the overall care, efficiency and conduct of their employees, thus the repeat business. They do a great job, clean up and return furniture to its place-- very happy with service. I was so happy I gave each of them a $10.00 tip for their work, and they were extremely appreciative.

They discussed what they were going to do, asked of any areas of concern. I have hard wood floors in the house and he took time to make sure that the process would not damage them in the least. He also put pads down to keep the hose from scratching the wood floors. This company is my favorite, I have used others in the past but for the last 5 years I have used them for all my rentals. They are on time, on money, and professional..I have never been disappointed in any of my results.

They were on time. They cleaned carpet well. Some stains from wheelchar wear & tear did not come out. maybe i will try a different company & see what they can do.

The team showed up earlier than expected which was a great thing, they performed the work to excellent standards and were on their way. They did a great job! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a green solution to having their carpets cleaned.

We have owned our house for 6 years and had never known that our stone floors needed regular polishing by a professional. After looking at several open houses with the same floors that were in much better condition I decided to do a little research. Carbonated Solutions had great before and after photos on their website of stone floors that were neglected much like ours. Chris (the owner) came out to give the estimate which was very fair for the amount of work to be done. Our floors now look as good as the open houses!

It went very well. Carpet came out clean and looked new. Great part was it dried fast!

Everything was effortless even the fact that I had someone else met the coma only at my home. They handled everything with me by phone

The guys were absolutely fantastic. Very pleasant and professional. Moved furniture as requested and did a great job on my carpet. Can't be too careful who you let into your home these days, and I was very pleased by their professionalism. Would not hesitate to hire them again.

The carpets were definitely cleaner, but the carpet odors remained.

The gentlemen that came were very professional. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them and will call again soon .

Before they began they stipulated that they can get 90% of the stains up and grout cleaned. It is way less than 90%. I am unsure if they even cleaned some areas and question if all of the areas were sealed as well. I feel they were overly expensive for the outcome of the work. When I asked the worker if he had cleaned certain areas and if so why was the grout still discolored he replied that he had and then gave the disclaimer of 90% again. The grout was in good condition to begin with with minimal discoloration in some areas that I feel if cleaned properly should have come up entirely or at the least lessened in severity. They then give you a survey to fill out in regards to their service. This was uncomfortable as you hand it back to them and it is all about their work so I was not honest on it. I feel an email survey would be more effective in eliciting honest feedback.
