We were disappointed with the service. Their machine broke and they spent forty minutes going up the road to get a new one. My wife was not pleased with the results and we would not use their service again.

Exceptional job! I have used other companies in town, never had anyone else do the job with as much attention to detail and as thorough a job. They also sealed the grout at the finish of the job.

Result is excellent but technician did not clean up the job site after work was completed.

I missed dropping off my vintage area rug with Carbonated, because they had to go out and were closed when I got there. I called, and they said, we are so sorry, drop it off next door. I did. when I picked it up yesterday the rug was LKE NEW, with NO chemical cleaning smell, and they did not charge me anything because of the missed connection, even though I said that wasn't fair to them. WOW!! A red wine stain that has been in the rug, that I have never been able to get out, is GONE. Magic!! So happy! this rug means a lot to me, it was the first thing i put in my house when I bought it new in 1994, and it has a lot of good memories. Very, very happy and highly recommend. I can't get over how the rug looks so new and doesn't smell like chemicals.

I had just purchased a house with old off white burber carpet. I was hoping to get a little more time out of the carpet by having it cleaned. I wasn't expecting miracles, didn't expect it to look new, just wanted it cleaner. The whole brief experience felt like an up-sell scam. Right off the bat the cleaning guy told me that my carpet was too dirty and I should buy a better service beyond the basic carbonated water coupon. I asked what the difference was and was told he would use better soap and work harder. I said no, just do the coupon's work and he did a quick cleaning and that was it. I was not impressed.

That was fine and they did a good job. We had more area completed with more than just the special covered. They seem like they do a really a good job. The carpet looked pretty clean after they were finished. My wife was there when they were doing the work and she said that the people/the technicians who they sent out to do the work were receptive to her and accommodating here needs.

It was okay. I do not remember anything bad about it. They cleaned the carpets and that was about it. I assume that I just paid for the big deal price. It was a good experience overall.

It worked out great. They came out just a couple of days after purchase. I did pay additional to have some of it pre treated. They made me an appointment fast. When he got there, he moved all of the furniture and when he was done he moved it all back. He did a beautiful job and I was very happy with him. I would use them again.

I didn’t see any difference. I guess I expected more than what happened. There was crud underneath and I kept working on it, I could have gotten that. What I have heard is if you polish and polish and when they redo it, it’s supposed to look brand new. I’ve never used a service like that before but I had a quote before and it was $700. I thought maybe this place will do just as good for $100. Now I don’t wanna pay $700 for the other guy but one company suggested I use them. The work was fine, it’s just that I wasn’t impressed. They responded just fine but I didn’t call to complain it doesn’t look good.

I got them through one of the Angie's List books and I keep going back to them. I have pets and they kind of put a solution in the rug for the pet smell and stuff. I keep going to them because it only takes them about an hour while the other place takes about three or four hours. They come and do what they have to do and go in about an hour. The quality of their cleaning is also pretty good but their pricing is just a little bit more expensive than others. They are at the door when they say that they would be and their professionalism is good.

I called Carbonated Solutions on a Monday and made an appt. for Wed. between 9 and 10. Santiago arrived on Wednesday promptly at 9am giving me a call 10 mins prior to showing up. He gave me different options as to how I wanted to have my furniture cleaned along with the different prices. I told him which I wanted which was the deep clean. He then went out to truck and came back with a tarp to put on the floor and proceeded to clean the dining room chair pads leaving me one to sit in as he finished everything else first so I would have something to sit on. The furniture was so bad as we had left it in my wife's house for over a year with a house-sitter. He worked on that recliner for over an hour. He also pointed out one of the dining room chairs had a stain on it and he did not think he could remove it before starting. I told him to do his best as the furniture had been abused. When he finished with the couch, recliner and 7 out of 8 of the chairs he gave me the first one he did and it was already dry. After finishing the job all of the furniture looked like it did when my wife bought it amazing!!! The stain on the chair was not even there, I could not tell which one it was. I highly recommend Santiago to anyone!! I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Did an excellent and thorough job.

The technician arrived on time and ready to start. We were asked if we wanted additional services (i.e., scotchguard-type protection, etc.) which we declined. The technician worked thoroughly and completely and was finished in a little over an hour. The carpets looked so much better. Carbonated Solutions was very easy to work with and very responsive. They worked within our timeframe.

It was great and they were terrific. They got the job done in about 3 hours. They sent 2 guys out to do the job. The scheduling was great and they were awesome.

They called and were able to come earlier than scheduled. They were very thorough and did an excellent job!!

Went very smoothly. I would use them again.

Carpet cleaning - quality and service was excellent

First off, these guys were on the ball. Initially, I was told they would be here between 11 and 1. By 10:30 am, they had already called me to say they would be to my house within 30 to 45 minutes. And guess what, they were at my house by 11:15. Awesome. 2 guys arrived, both of whom were very friendly and professional. They did their measuring and the look around, and presented me with my pricing and any upgrade options (I chose to upgrade everything, hence my pricing). Now on to the service. Let me just say, they had their work cut out for them. I have been in my townhome for 6 years and never once have I had the tile and grout cleaned so it was a mess. AND it's a light colored tile. These poor guys worked for HOURS on my tile. They were even late for their next 2 appts because of me :( One of the techs came to me mid way through and explained that the dirt on my grout was very worked in and may not come up completely. They used machines, they hand scrubbed, they pulled out all their gadgets. All that said, everything looks fantastic! (Carpet, tile, and grout) It is very rare, especially in this shady little town, to find a company who will go the extra mile and stay until the job is done to best of their ability. I am so impressed. No question at all, I will call Carbonated Solutions again. And I promise I won't wait 6 more years to do it! Thank you so much for all your hard work!!!!

I'd contracted the company to clean my vacant house; the carpet was relatively clean throughout the house and more dirty at the staircase. The service person came and offered me the option of "deep cleaning" but thought that the house's carpet was relatively clean that a regular cleaning should be okay. I agreed. Because the original carpet was relatively clean to begin with, the cleaning enhanced it fine. However, there seems to be no difference between the before and after for the staircase. I was told that because the carpet is still wet, so I won't be able to see the real picture until morning when it's more dry. So morning came and the staircase looked as I'd had thought...still no improvement. I called back to the office to see if there is a touch-up that can be done for the staircase, the person who picks up the phone (dispatcher) balked at me for complaining and said that I should of chose the "deep cleaning" package. I explained to her that I'd checked with the service person before that the work started and he thought it should not be a problem. Still she really gave me attitude so I'd reminded her that I am an Angie's List member and I'd expected better service. Only then she said that she will send someone out but much later days. I said fine. Someone did come out and did the touch-up and the staircase did look slightly better. But I really expected much better quality and service. I will not be using this vendor again.

I just cannot say enough good things about this company and the techs that carried out the work. I called and made an appointment for Friday 6th, and 30mins before the 1pm appointment the two techs. called to say they were on the way (as promised). They walked the house and gave me all the facts of the process. Then started the cleaning, did not stop until it was completed, just could not believe how great everything looked. My carpet looked brand new and the tile was once again the color it originally was. These guys were so nice and friendly but at the same time quick, clean and totally professional. I forgot to add, my carpet had not been cleaned since it was laid 6 years ago and I cannot even remember when the tile and grout were done last.
