Super professional staff and great job on the carpets. We have hired them several times over the years and always very happy with their service.

I recently purchased a home that has tile flooring in all rooms except the bedrooms. I wanted to get the tile and grout professionally cleaned before I moved in. I purchased an Angie's List deal from Carbonated Solutions of Las Vegas for $270 which included cleaning of tile and grout up to 600 sq. ft. I understood that the additional sq. ft. of tile would cost more based on square footage above the 600 sq. ft. I was given a two hour time frame that they would arrive to do the work. I received a call from them letting me know that they would arrive at the end of that time window because they were running behind for the day. The workers arrived to clean the tile and grout. The house was completely empty when the cleaners came. There was nothing to move to get at the tile. They measured the square footage before they started and told me the total square footage. I told them that I had already paid the $270 dollars on Angie's List. He wasn't aware of this fact and asked to see my paperwork. I showed it to him and agreed to the additional cost based on his measurements of addition square footage of tile. So we agreed that I would pay the additional cost. I paid an additional $138.00 when they were done cleaning the tile and grout. I paid for the water based sealant because he told me that it was good for about one to three years depending on how you take care of cleaning your tile floor. There were areas of grout that were darker than others. He said that it would dry lighter. I watched them apply the sealant. I am not sure if there sealer are no good or if the grout was so dirty it did not stick to the grout. As I cleaned the tile and grout myself bucket after bucket of black water was removed from the floor. Bottom line is the grout lines and tile were not scrubbed clean in so many areas. I went back to the house the day after they cleaned and the grout lines were still filthy. There was dirt in every corner on the tile and the grout They were scrubbed clean in some areas and still black in other areas. I was very disappointed with the result and the money that I had paid them to clean the tile and grout. I thought that their cleaning solutions and machines could clean the tile and grout better than I could. I was so wrong. Again I have since cleaned the tile and grout with a brush and sealed the grout lines myself adding to my expense as I had to purchase sealant. I will never hire a company to clean or seal my tile and grout as I now know that I myself can do a much better job. I have pictures of the tile and grout lines after they cleaned it and also after I myself cleaned it. The clean areas are ones that I myself cleaned with a simple brush and hot water with dawn dish soap. I feel as if I wasted a huge sum of money because I believed that a professional tile and grout cleaning company could get the tile cleaner than I ever could. The time that I spend cleaning was well worth it because I would never have wanted to move my things into the house with the tile as dirty as it was after they completed their cleaning job. I have pictures but do not know how to or where to add to this review.

I purchased the coupon from Angie's list for this company and scheduled an appointment to have the flooring in my home cleaned. I might possibly use again- while the overall service was "good", I was certainly not "wow'ed" into considering this company for future cleaning needs. The 2 gentlemen were nice and pleasant, but we were the last job of the day and it was apparent that they wanted to make up for being late to begin with.

The carpet looked fantastic and the employees were considerate and professional. They did try to upsell us to other services, but were not pushy in any way.

Santiago Villareal and his assistant arrived on time. They went right to work, including moving chairs and other small furniture pieces to get access to as much of the carpet as possible. They were done in a relatively short time. We have two areas of particularly high traffic - one in front of a couch and the other in a hallway/doorway. Both were heavily soiled. Both now look clean and fresh. We definitely recommend these folks.

I called Carbonated Solutions on Tuesday and they were able to schedule my cleaning for Thursday that same week. My request was for them to clean a 10 year old sofa, and two chairs (both about 7 years old). Frankie (the cleaning technician) showed up on time and immediately went to work. Frankie was very polite and professional. He measured the furniture items and gave me a cost which seemed very reasonable. I agreed to the cost and he went to work. He did such a good job on the sofa and chairs that I asked him if he would have time to clean to oriental rugs that were very dirty. He had the time. Once again he worked up the cost based on the dimensions of the rugs. I agreed and he promptly cleaned the rugs. My furniture and rugs get a lot of use. They were very dirty and looked horrible. After Frankie was done, they looked almost new. I am very pleased with the results.

Santiago and Matt were punctual and professional. Upon entering the house they put on booties over their shoes. Matt almost immediately went into the kitchen to test clean the tile/grout, while Santiago went over our needs and explained their services. I was surprised by the amount of grime Matt was able to pull up in just the short time in the test area. Both were excellent in setting our expectations; for the tile, they were spot on (no pun intended) and for the carpets, they surpassed our expectations! The grout in the kitchen was almost black before they cleaned it, and it looked almost new when they finished. Same story for the carpet. We had a dark gray path from the kitchen around to the front door. Over the years I've cleaned with my own steam cleaner, and about two years ago we had a professional come in and clean as well, but the path still remained. However, CS came in and scrubbed and scrubbed and scrubbed, and you can barely see the high traffic path today. Amazing work!!! The pictures online are for real. They did an excellent job.

They were very good. They did an extra cleaning for me, because there was something wrong. The gentleman that came out to clean it first did his job and then I asked somebody else to come out and he was more equipped to know what to do. We can't see the spots anymore. They showed up. Moving here only two years ago, I'm finding out that when you call somebody sometimes they don't show up. The quality of work was very good and they were on-time. They were very helpful and they came back again with no attitude.

all was great. Rocko came out. performed the cleaning and I was impressed with how great the carpet came out.

They do a very good job, with no hassles. Traffic patterns are much cleaner than any of the times we had used the standard "steam" cleaners. Plan to use them for my rental properties as well.

The end product of their cleaning process leaves a lot to be desired. The carpets were still dull and dirty. I was so disappointed in how my carpets looked I went out and rented a Rug Doctor and re-cleaned the carpets. There was a ton of dirt left in the carpets. Although I liked the personalities of the carpet cleaner I would never NEVER use this service again, period.

It turned out okay. The carpets turned out clean. I had a spot that had set in and they were unable to get it cleaned, but overall it was okay. There were additional charges beyond the big deal amount. I spent like another $30 or $40 because my house wasn't in their size requirement. They were okay. I guess, I would use them again and if someone asked me, I would probably recommend them. I wish that they included a bigger size range because the houses out here are about an average what I have now. I would probably give them a lower score on the price just because when they came out, I had to pay additional. I think they showed up on time when they were supposed to show up. If there was a better provider I would probably use someone else.

Great job! Fast and professional. They did not try to over sell services and offered what they thought the floors needed.

This is the second time Carbonated Solutions cleaned the carpet in my home. They have consistently delivered what was promised (a clean carpet in about 1 1/2 and about 2 hour drying time) for a reasonable price. But the carpet seemed dry after about an hour. Initially, I contacted them in 2012 based on the positive reviews I found on Angie's List. When I called them, I spoke with Erika who was very responsive and helpful and advised me that Chris would call me back. Within 15 minutes, Chris called me back and we agreed on a date, time and price. On the date of service, Chris called me about 15 minutes prior to let me know that he was coming. He arrived on time with an assistant and he did a "walk-through" before in began work. Within 5 minutes of his arrival, he was busy cleaning my carpet. He finished both times very close to what he predicted, gave me his opinion of my carpet's condition, explained what I could do to better care for my carpet and asked me if I had questions. I had a good experience with Carbonated Solutions and I would recommend them to others.

I was very happy with the service from Carbonated Solutions. They cleaned several carpets/rooms, and were able to get out some dirty areas that I didn't think would come clean. Even the "cow paths" were improved! I noted that they were very careful of the furniture, and took care to not hit the entertainment center (new and expensive) with their equipment. They did a thorough job cleaning the cushions on the dinette chairs, taking care to remove the cushions that could come off, and took a good while going over them to get them clean. One chair in particular had some issues, and the man that was here took some time doing his best to get it cleaned properly. After they were done cleaning they were careful to clean up after themselves, and were very polite during the entire visit. The price was reasonable - I had the carpets cleaned and protected, etc. and they were here for awhile, so I can't complain that I didn't get my money's worth.

Two individuals arrived at the scheduled time, explained what the process was, measured the floors to be serviced and after receiving the OK proceeded to do the work. They were friendly and professional and we were very pleased with their work and the outcome.

They were able to get the carpets cleaned much better than companies I have used in the past. They were punctual and professional. I will be using them again.

Unfortunately, there is a minimum charge for my tiny guest bedroom, but the work was perfect! Will have them back to do tile and grout cleaning soon. Courteous and professional. Worked quickly around my last minute remodel mess before movers brought my furniture.

I was really very surprised with how clean they got the carpets. They look like new. I just did the basic shampoo and it got out all the pet stains.

Santiago and Matt did a great job, and paid careful attention to my instructions. They were well organized and worked quickly and efficiently. When I declined two offered additional services, my decision was politely respected. I was so impressed with the quality of work that Santiago and Matt will do 600 square feet of tile and grout cleaning next week. On my own volition, I requested Santiago and Matt to clean a section of the tile in my home and the after the fact difference was rather noticeable. Not only am I able to take advantage of another special, but I know these two professionals will perform well again.
