They had an arrival time of between 3-5. They arrived shortly before 5. They were professional. The only thing is, they did try to sell me the sealant which would have cost me a $100.00 more. I would have preferred it if they just came in and cleaned. The carpets dried in 2 hours and the carpets look great. I have tried 3 other companies and different types of carpet cleaners. This is the best one I have found. I am very pleased with the results and plan to use them on a regular basis

Excellent service. Cleaned rugs with special solution. Removed stains that had been there for a year. I had tried everything to get them out, they were successful in one shot and they still look great, like new!

Exactly as I had hoped. I wanted to avoid buying new carpeting, so opted to stretch and clean. Santiago Villareal gave me a reasonable estimate and came through with a great job leaving no wrinkles and a clean smooth carpet. No need to replace. He spent a long time working on removing the wrinkles in the rooms and the staircase. His co-worker Matt did a great job in doing the cleaning. It was a very pleasing experience. I was happy to write the check for a job well done.

The service went fine. I paid additional to have them remove some dog urine stains. I thought the pricing was pretty high and they did not get the stains completely out. The technicians did a nice job. They were professional and friendly. I had no issues with scheduling.

Were on time for both appointments--estimate and cleaning--calling about 30 minutes ahead to let me know they were on their way. Frankie did the estimate and even tested the grout to see if it would be a manageable job. Gave an estimate and encouraged me to check out deals on Angie's List to see if I could find a better deal. (I did!) Both Frankie and Santiago were personable and professional, working quickly but not appearing to rush as if they were in a hurry. The carpet and tile both look great; my only area of disappointment is that there are areas in the entry way where they didn't get the grout fully clean. I think a little more time and maybe elbow grease on these areas would have fixed the problem, as there are plenty of spots were it looks excellent. In some cases, even on the same tile. In fact, the places that were missed are even more obvious as a result, since most of it looks so great. Thus the downgrade to a "B." I can probably call to have them come do it again but it would be nice to just have the project done. I hate to hover and point out things I want re-done, but maybe I should have. It's not a small price tag. Would still recommend them; but be sure to check the details before you let them go.

An appointment was made soon after my phone call. Frankie and Nick were very knowledgable. The work performed exceeded my expectations. My carpet is very old and they made it look new again. Would call again.

Went well, the technician was prompt and handled the job efficiently. Explained the process and house smelled great after job was completed. Since the completion, I contacted the company for a copy of my invoice (misplaced mine) and they said they would e mail it to me however I have not heard from them. Will followup with them again.

Rocky and Frankie arrived right on time, calling abut 20 minutes before arrival to confirm. They were so quiet and efficient, I hardly knew they were here. The carpets came out good as new. They were professional, timely and efficient. I will definitely use them again.

I have used Carbonated Solutions for several years now and they are always good. The crew was friendly and efficient. The 25+ year old carpet in our living/dining room area looked new again. The house smelled fresh as well. Always great service and quality.

Unfortunately, the provider and I were not able to find a matching free date for the service to be done as I am looking to get the work in before Friday July 4th. I have contacted Angie's List in order to get a refund of the Big Deal purchase.

It turned out alright. They were friendly.

I had expected them to do the guest room but discovered it was not done after they left. This was my fault for not checking before. I had always understood that the landing was not considered a room

The techs (Rocko and Frankie) did an excellent job. The carpet was heaviily soiled in areas such as in front of our recliners and high traffic areas. both techs were very courteous and friendly. I was advised that the heavily soiled areas were not guaranteed to look like new when done, but when the job was done I was amazed at how clean they were able to get those areas. I plan on using them again.

We actually had them clean the carpet in three different homes. From scheduling to the actual service they were responsive, efficient and professional. The carpet cleaning was the best we have ever had. There was absolutely no residue and the carpets have remained clean. I would highly recommend this company.

They were wonderful, fabulous. They did an outstanding job. I want to say the young man that came out was fabulous. They were very very professional, very good, very reliable. They showed up right on time and did what they needed to do. It was a great job. The price was very reasonable. We were very very thrilled with them. We would use them again.
