They are actually based in California. We ran across them at a home show. The first part of the experience was very good. They came out and installed the doors. The only problem is that somebody messed up and didn't make the door the size it was supposed to be. It took a little bit of time working that out. The owner of the business actually came out himself and realized where they went wrong. They've made a new door to replace the one that was incorrect. They are coming out this weekend to reinstall the new door. They did beautiful work on the door itself. I was surprised at how neat and clean they were when they put it in considering they had to rip out the old door, plaster and all. They did lay tarps down. They cleaned up every bit of the mess they made. When they finished, the job was very neat and clean. They are really good at what they do. The only problem was the mix up in the door size, but they made that right. I would use them again if I needed to.
