 + -1 moreWe obtained several bids which ranged from $7,600 to $18,000(!) Caldwell's were professional, timely, and courteous and we REALLY appreciated the value. We understand a company needs to make a profit, but many of the bids we received looked more like highway robbery! Only two companies out of six provided what we believe were "reasonable" bids. Many companies would not even provide a rough estimate over the phone when we told them precisely what we wanted. Once we chose Caldwell to do the work, it was a completely positive experience.
Description of Work: Replaced both 14-year-old 3-ton and 4-ton combined heating and air-conditioning units with 13-seer American Standard/Trane units on roof of two-story home.
