After 2 weeks, I did not receive it and so I called him. He told me that the hood hinge wasn't good after all and would ship another one. I told him he had not been upfront and honest originally, so I wanted him to cancel the order and refund my credit card. He billed our credit card immediately, knowing that he did not have anything to ship. When I called on other occasions he said he was not Eric, that Eric was out of town. I am very glad I did not write a check, because I now have the credit card company working with me. He has not responded to me or to the credit card company as of yet.
Description of Work: I had ordered a right hood hinge for my husbands 1973 Cadillac Coupe Deville and I spoke with a man that called himself Eric. He said he had a good one in stock and would ship it the next morning at $185 plus $20 shipping. The was supposed to have gone out UPS.
