could not have asked for a better crew ,from the workers to the boss a plus all the way

Went very well. Provider arrived on time. Answered all questions. Did not use this provider because we like another vendors product better. Had a better color match. Price was competitive with choosen vender.

The service provided went very well. I like the quality of the product they used and the finish product is very nice. There were a couple of issues during the project that didn't go quite as they should but they came out right away and made it right. I thought they're a little high but the quality makes up for it.

from the estimate to the finish-everything was done professionally our installer was great-very neat and easy to talk to if we had any questions I could not be happier with the new look-really brought the house up to all the model homes in the area I would highly recommend this company-they are very easy to work with and that's half the battle when you are remodeling!

I like the very new guy. He was very courteous and on time. I hired them because they said that it is a family business. Then Latin people came out and worked for 2 days. I indicated a lot of things that I was not satisfied and they did not listen to me. So, I had to call very new guy and he came out and I indicated that they have to go home. They did sloppy to my new red countertops and I was unhappy for they scratch it to my new appliance. He said that they did not do that. I told him that they have to pay because I was there and they did not cover anything. So, they scratched my countertops. We had a really big argument.

They are very easy to work with. They were very punctual. They did a great job.

The installer was very neat, professional and cleaned up after himself. We were very satisfied with finished product.

It didn't! Could not get past the woman that answered the phone! It appears that they have more than enough business and just weren't interested in mine. Would not recommend them nor would I allow them in my home .

Excellent service and quality! We chose to work with Barry and his crew in part from an award given to the company by Angie's list. Barry was very professional and quite helpful in assisting us with the choice of materials, colors, etc. while staying within our budget. He offered a very reasonable price compared to other bids we received. We were contacted by Ann and Michelle in his office (who were very obliging and easy to work with) to schedule a time for install. The time allotted did not work with our schedule, so they made special arrangements with the installers to accommodate our needs. The installer was always punctual, very pleasant, neat and finished on time. Matt is our hero, he was available every step of the way to resolve any of our concerns. He returned about two weeks after the install to repair a drawer that did not open easily. This issue was not the result of the install, however, he took the time and repaired it anyway. Great product, great service, great follow up and the finished product is absolutely beautiful!

They gave us a great price, we agreed, they explained the delivery time and what would happen when. Then they did exactly as they said despite our decision to re-counter and re-floor as well.

I had granite work done also but they hired someone else to do that. They specifically do countertops but they hired somebody else to do it. I was satisfied with the work CabinetCraft did but I was not satisfied with the company they hired to do the granite. They were very professional. The person who did the cabinetry was very detailed, he was always there on time, and he was very reliable. I will use them again if they were to get rid of the other company they worked with to do granite.

Owner cam out to do the bid, was very professional and likable. We had two bids out, both came within 500 dollars of each other. Picked CabnetCraft because of the owners presentation. Doors came in ahead of time, work started early. Our first installer turned out to be a bit of a flake, doing a sloppy job and leaving halfway though the job. However, CabnetCraft was quick in service recovery, bringing in someone new who finished the job and brought the previous work up to my wife's standards. The time was extended by about by a couple of days from the quote, but the cabinets look great.

.Cabinet Craft didn't tell me that I would have to get a plumber and hook up everything after they had disconnected everything. The plumber who came out didn't know how to work on the reverse osmosis system and he took hours. I decided I didn't want a hole put in the backsplash area for an outlet. So the counter guy didn't use an electrician so he capped off the outlet and so I had two outlets in the wall and one did not work. I had to call an electrician to fix that for me and that ended up costing me for. This ended up being a project from hell. It took two visits and several phone calls to put in handles for the cabinets. Because it was a re-finish and they glued the stuff down, one strip bowed and I had to get them to fix that. I am reluctant to recommend them. The guys not showing up, he was working on my work and another work, so I took 4 days off because they said it would take 4 days. He would show up late and leave early. I was trying to get a second bid and Cabinet Craft had a special going on and that is why I chose them. He did a wonderful job, the cabinets look good.

We needed to redesign the layout and they worked with us to fulfill all our requests, making adjustments as we went along. They gave us lots of suggestions on cabinets and searched for ones to fit our needs. After we selected the type we wanted they looked for just the right layout for each one. They sent us to look for granite counter tops and backsplash tiles at 2 of their suppliers, both of which were very helpful and coordinated well with Cabinet Craft. The cabinet installation went very well and Mark was wonderful to have working here. A couple of the upper cabinets had a different color tone on the ends and we were not happy w them. Cabinet Craft's owner ordered more veneer to make it match the cabinet faces better and Mark applied it so well no one would know any different! The sub contractors that installed the granite were superb, the tiling man did a wonderful job. From start to finish, Cabinet Craft and all its employees and subcontractors were absolutely wonderful! it is a family run business and they take great pride in running their business. They worked with our electrician to make sure everything was as it should be and did not get in each others way. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends. It was a pleasure to work with such honest and lovely people. The price we paid was more than fair for the quality and speed of having the job finished. I know kitchen redo's can be a difficult experience but Cabinet Craft made it as quick and painless as possible, all the while providing wonderful personal service. In that way they are truly, "old fashioned". That kind of service is hard to find these days! We love our kitchen!

They were outstanding. They certainly know their business, their craftsmen were outstanding. The individual re-finishing the cabinets was an artist, and we were very satisfied.

.Barry Newman, the owner of Cabinet Craft, came to our home for an estimate on refacing our kitchen cabinets. He came back a second time to give a final estimate and take measurements. I initially only wanted the kitchen to be refaced but since their price was very fair I ended up adding a hallway cabinet and small bathroom cabinet. I also had stainless steel handles put on all doors. Jeremy, the installer, started work on Memorial Day. He was finished by Friday. He was very professional and helpful. The cabinets turned out beautiful and really modernized the look of our kitchen.

The job went very well. I was apprehensive in the beginning bt Cabinet Craft did an excellent job and i couldn't be more pleased with the results.

Barry Newman, the president came in to give us our original estimate. He was prompt and courteous. He had actual samples of doors and finishes for us to peruse. What he brought was exactly what we were looking for. We decided on a Cherry Mahogany thermofoil cabinet door. We received a quote on the complete job and told him we would call him. He left our home. After he left, we called Cabinet Craft back and had Barry return that same day. He wrote up the contract and we signed and set up the installation date. On the day of installation, Jeremy showed up on time. He was neat, courteous, a perfectionist and spoke English! He promptly began measuring and cutting material. The new look of our cabinets began to take shape. The refacing was complete by Friday late afternoon, knobs and all. The cabinets are beautiful and I would highly recommend Cabinet Craft to anyone looking to keep their existing layout. The thermofoil is a completely sealed wipe off surface that looks totally like wood. They are magnificent!

The experience was excellent. Always let us know what was going on and how long they would be in our kitchen. Cleaned up when they were finished and as I said, we couldn't have been happier. We definitely love our new cabinets.

I absolutely cannot recommend Cabinet Craft if you are remodeling your kitchen or bathroom. My experience was horrible. The worst issue I had was damage to my kitchen walls when the old countertops were removed. This resulted from sloppy demolition work. I had to clean up on multiple occasions myself and once even stepped barefooted into my bathroom after the installer left only to track sawdust out of the bathroom. The overall quality can best be described as poor as I had the installer return on more than one occasion to fix problems. I even had to dispose of my old kitchen sink myself. It seemed that the complany was much more insterested in collecting money from me than ensuring the work was to my satisfaction. The countertop replacement was the only positive for this project. I spent a great deal of money and was not at all happy with my experience with Cabinet Craft.

WE RECEIVED A WRITTEN PROPOSAL IN MAY AND PLACED OUR ORDER. AT THAT TIME WE DID NOT HAVE. A FIRM DATE FOR THEM TO START AS WE WERE HAVING. FLOORING DONE FIRST. BARRY CHECKED WITH US OCCASIONALLY AND WORKED WITH US FOR OUR STARTING DATE. BOB, THE INSTALLER, ARRIVED THE DAY BEFORE THE JOB TO DROP OFF CABINET DOORS. AND FACING. HE ALSO GOT OUR FINAL APPROAL OF COLOR AND STYLE BEFORE STARTING THE WORK. WHILE BOB WORKED HE WAS CONSTANTLY CLEANING UP AFTER HIMSELF. THERE WAS NEVER ANY EXCESS DEBRIS LYING AROUND AT THE END OF THE DAY. ON THE FOURTH DAY JIM CAME TO INSTALL THE COUNTERTOP. IT FIT LIKE THE PROVERBIAL GLOVE. BARRY CAME BACK WHEN THE JOB WAS COMPLETED TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS COMPLETED AND TO OUR LIKING. EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL AND WE ARE VERY HAPPY CAMPERS. DONNA & LOUIS VENET
