Very professional.

The job went exactly as planned at the exact price agreed upon. Both Anne and Barry were professional, helpful and courteous during every interaction. This is also true of Bob, the installer, who was also respectful of my home by ensuring that nearby areas were kept covered and by cleaning up after himself everyday. After the job was completed, I purchased a new range hood and it would not fit into the space of the old hood. I called Anne for her help and she immediately ordered new material and sent Bob out to repair the damage I'd done. There is now no sign of the damage and my kitchen looks beautiful again. I am 100% satisfied with my entire Cabinet Craft experience and would absolutely recommend them and use them again. Thank you to the whole Cabinet Craft team for a job well done.

I was first impressed by Mr. Newmans sales pitch. He's very good at that. He is so charming, he could sell you anything. Don't let that fool you. When they delivered the final product, we found out he measured two things wrong. The drawer was too small and the crown moldinds too big. I paid for both but, I did not get both installed. What I got was my old moldings back and a rebuilt drawer that still does not match. If he would have got the measurements correct, then It would look alot nicer and I would have the drawer that the factory built that I paid for and it would have matched perfectly. Same with the crown moldings. I was very disappointed when I called him on these problems, he blammed me, and said he was doing me a favor by doing this work for me. He had no problem taking my money. All I got was boo hoo hoo, about how much homework he had to do to order the parts. I finally have the work done but, It's not what I paid for!

My husband and I have been dreaming of remodeling our kitchen for many years. We have received several estimates from competitors of Cabinet Craft before we were given a flyer for this company. We called and scheduled an appt to see what they had to offer. Mr. Newman arrived very punctually on Feb. 11, 2011. We had told them prior to arrival what we were looking for. He brought enough samples to give us a nice selection of choices but not so many that we were overwhelmed. Mr. Newman was very thorough in explaining the process of the refacing. Once we had decided to purchase the cabinets he came back with the granite selections. Again, enough choices, but not too many. Mr. Newman has been doing this type of work for awhile, which was apparent in his ease and comfort in talking about various materials. He has a great eye and was helpful with choices but not pushy (as most others had been). We immediately felt confidence in this company. Once the choices were made, within two weeks the work began. The gentleman doing the work of removing the old cabinets and countertops and then replacing them was AMAZING. He arrived on Monday morning right on time and worked tirelessly from 8am to 4pm without taking break after break. Within three days he was finished!! His work was perfection!! In addition, he was very trustworthy and clean, as he did not leave any messes behind. The granite installers arrived on Thursday, and completed the job the same day. They installed the granite and sink and did a beautiful job. They also brought back a piece of the granite when we requested a small rectangle to use as a cutting board. Finally, Cabinet Craft recommended a handle company that we used and were extremely pleased with. The overall experience from start to finish was so professional, personnal, and time wise effecient. We couldn't have asked for a better company to work with. We would highly recommend Cabinet Craft and have, as our nextdoor neighbors are having their kitchen and bathrooms redone after witnessing our great experience. Finally, most want to know the bottom line, money!!!! Cabinet Craft saved us about $7,000.00. This was the difference in our lowest estimate by one of Cabinet Craft's competitors. I

We cannot think of anything we would do differently in working with this company. Mr. Newman really knows his stuff. We picked out the cabinet door and never looked back. Our kitchen now looks like a custom made kitchen, cabinets complimenting our granite counter tops and now our beautiful granite kitchen table.

Job exceeded my expectations. Finished cabinets look like they should be in a million dollar home. We had out-dated oak-grain cabinets for 23 years. There were many styles & colors to choose from. We compared with Sears and Sears was more than twice as expensive & not as good quality or the color we wanted. The cabinets match our quartz counters very well. Barry, the owner, is polite & very easy to work with. There is no hard-sell. Scott, the installer, is excellent & adjusted the height of cabinets to allow for the crown molding to fit. He was kind to my dog & cats. We even left him the key to our house when we went to breakfast and he was working away when we returned. This took 3 days. Very punctual and protected the counter- tops as he worked. This project completely changed the look of my kitchen. It's updated and elegant. They matched the cabinet style to the decor of the rest of my house. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. We intend to use them again when we replace our bathroom cabinets.

We obtained quotes from the top three companies in the area. From the get-go, CabinetCraft was our number one choice. Owner Barry Newman has 30+ years in the industry, and we were very, very impressed with his professionalism, punctuality and pricing. He is extremely knowledgeable, and was very instrumental in nailing down the look and feel we were after. Barry took the time to listen to our vision, and then executed it beautifully, without a single hitch. His installers were punctual, knowledgeable, professional and neat, and were extremely sensitive to our needs throughout the installation process. Disruption to our home/kitchen area was kept to an absolute minimum. Work was perfectly executed in stages, so we were still able to partially utilize our kitchen up to the very last minute, then the final tear-out of our sinks and cooktop was immediately followed up with granite counters and reinstallation of these items within three days. Due to long-term associations within the industry, Barry was able to secure exceptional pricing for three granite slabs and their subsequent fabrication and installation by Del Grosso, with whom we were also very impressed. Our entire remodeling experience was absolutely top notch. Work areas were neat and orderly, and were tidied up daily. Barry stopped by several times, and also kept in touch via phone to insure all was proceeding perfectly. Having suffered through contractors who do *not* return phone calls, we were frankly refreshed at Barry's accessibility. He was never more than a phone call away, and our questions were always promptly and professionally answered. We were so impressed with Barry and CabinetCraft--with the quality (and affordablity) of their cabinetry, the trouble-free installation and the breathtaking end result--that we've contracted for further work in our master bath, mudroom and other baths. Whether you are refacing, going with all new cabinetry, or a blending of both such as we did, you can't go wrong with CabinetCraft! Absolutely our very best "homeowner experience" ever!!!
