Description of Work: I bought a deal for $56 for a preventive interior and exterior pest treatment. It went fine. They showed up on time. They sent one technician and he was here around twenty minutes. The treatment seemed to work this time.

Description of Work: The guy on the phone was professional and helpful, scheduled us for a technician who showed up on time and got rid of the infestion of sugar ants that had taken over our drains, even managed to find the elusive nest hiding in a tree far from the house. We haven't seen an ant since, but they still called to check up, and sent a complimentary technician a week later to do more spraying to guarantee they were gone. Well done, Bulwark, well done.

Description of Work: They came to spray my house inside and out for bugs. The man was here on time and sprayed, but the service was not as I expected. He did not come at night as advertised, which is why I accepted their offer in the first place. I was very interested in their system for eliminating scorpions. The man was ok but somewhat sloppy in his work and appearance.

We stumbled on to it and we were delighted with their knowledge and professionalism when they did our service.They arrived on time and informed us of what was needed to help with our scorpion problem. They were courteous and expressed what we could do to help ourselves with the issue. John performed his duties and then took the time to let us know if there was any other problems, he would come back and help us as needed. Thank You Bulwark for your help. What a great company!

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for a $79 for Scorpion Elimination for your Entire Property. The service went well. My father actually used the service. The company was very responsive and contacted my father very quickly. I know my father sign a contract with the company after the service and was happy with what they had done.

Description of Work: When I called to set up this appointment, I asked if this was the same company that I had used last year, but was told I wan't in their system. Then when they came to do the work, there were only going to spray the outside, as they said I was already a customer and had all the interior work done less than a year ago. This meant they wouldn't do the interior. My response was, I was told I hadn't used this company before and even if I had it shouldn't matter, as I purchased the Angies list deal which included the interior. He said he wan't being paid to do an interior job and was already behind schedule. A call to his office and it was determined that yes, I would get the interior done. This work was preformed so quickly and poorly, that I phoned to complain. I know what should have been done as I had the same work done last year, by apparently the same company. The person I talked to agreed they could have done better, but offered no compensation or apology.
