Description of Work: When I called to set up this appointment, I asked if this was the same company that I had used last year, but was told I wan't in their system. Then when they came to do the work, there were only going to spray the outside, as they said I was already a customer and had all the interior work done less than a year ago. This meant they wouldn't do the interior. My response was, I was told I hadn't used this company before and even if I had it shouldn't matter, as I purchased the Angies list deal which included the interior. He said he wan't being paid to do an interior job and was already behind schedule. A call to his office and it was determined that yes, I would get the interior done. This work was preformed so quickly and poorly, that I phoned to complain. I know what should have been done as I had the same work done last year, by apparently the same company. The person I talked to agreed they could have done better, but offered no compensation or apology.

Can schedule follow-ups if there is any special problem (wasps, earwigs, etc.) and they always accommodate. They will also meet the price of competitors if you shop around.

Description of Work: I've had their service for several years. It has been great to not have any "little critters" in my house or around my pool. When I had a problem with rats they were quick to respond and diligent in getting rid of our problem.
