Description of Work: They do a complete sprayer for all bugs around our property every other month unless we call them. They send you an email a few days before they are planning on doing their service and if it is not a good time they will come another time. You do not need to be home if your not a gated community. I have used their service since we moved her in 2011 and I recommend them.

Description of Work: They came out and treated interior walls only some sockets not all of them. Treated some of the front yard and didn't take care of spider webs so I don't believe spiders were treated. They treated the back yard and like the rest of the property I still had ants. I called them back out to retreat and two days after the ants and spiders are overwhelming. They seemed more concerned to get a contract which I will not due seeing that they don't get the service done well! I'm extremely dissatisfied.

Description of Work: The treated the area surrounding our home as well as all of the areas inside our home where 'critters' and insects might get into the house. He also treated the attic where we thought we had heard rodent noises by setting sticky traps baited with poison. A few days later we smelled a foul odor and checked...the bait had been taken, but the 'critter' had escaped the sticky trap. The technician has re-treated the attic and all seems to be well. The came back without charge and were entirely professional.
