Description of Work: Our Kitchen pantry was full of ants, so we immediately called Payne Kee. He'd sprayed outside for us a few weeks prior, so we wanted to hire him again. Although we didn't have a formal appointment, Payne fit us into his busy schedule. He's so informative, friendly, and professional!

Description of Work: After multiple calls, giving my information multiple times, never having my info saved in the system, having to call back repeatedly, waiting for that return call, waiting, waiting......the provider apparently couldn't even enter info into the computer so I'm not sure how they ever get to the exterminating part. I'm cancelling the coupon purchase.

Description of Work: Maze Tufele is very responsive and professional. He always lets us know when he is coming and asks if we have any particular concerns. If I see anything (crawaling, etc) in between sprayings - he never hesitates to come over. We live on a golf course so he can't prevent critters from visiting, but he sure knows how to stop them in their tracks!
