They come out once a month. I make sure I am here when they come because the one time I wasn’t here the guy didn’t do the job. But they do a good job. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

They are very good. I have a problem with scorpions. They were able to get rid of them for me. I will continue to use them.

I don’t remember how much I spent on their services. I think that they are reliable and they did a good job for me. The people that came out to do the work and the quality of their work were fine. I will use them again in the future.

They're always professional. We've been using them for about 12 or 13 years. They really do a good job.

I used to have no problems with them, but as they grew I was forced to change the time they came out. They also switched the tech that serviced my property and he wasn't good. I have to request the tech that I have had for all these years. As long as the tech that have had for years comes out I have no problems with them. They are an A when they send him out. I won't them use them unless he is the tech that services my home.

They are outstanding. They are punctual. Whatever they do, they do one time inside and then everything is outdoor unless you see a bug. No problems at all!

They seemed like the greatest exterminating company. They are excellent. I have been using them for the past five years. The people who come to work for us are always very polite and professional. They sprayed outside and left, and I called him back and he came right away and sprayed the inside of the house. I would recommend them to anyone. They respond immediately. They keep the house clean, without messing anything up.

They are really good. I’ve used them for six and a half years. It’s a big company. They charge $50 a month. I’ve never had a bug problem and if I’ve had anything special come up, they’ve taken care of it. They are pretty good at what they do. I’ve heard of some companies that are cheaper. I would continue to use them in the future.

Most people rate their technicians highly (and they deserve it - and they get a Bonus for them), however it skews the review models for the company. It's a smart business practice, but it makes their true reviews questionable. Great response. Super Nice Technicians. I've used this company almost a year now (per my contract) where they spray every two months.I've noticed since they spray environmentally green products the treatment is not effective for long and several times they've resprayed before the end of the two month period. They've always professional and never charged me, however it is annoying to wait on exterminators eight or ten time per year. Also the do not cover termites, yet their website states over 40k in termite protection. From looking on the Web, Las Vegas does get termites, but I'm not an expert.

They treat our house 6 times yearly. The last trip was free. You pay just for the outside service and then if there are any emergencies either inside or outside of the house there is not a charge. That's what is so special because the ants came three separate times and there was not a charge. I will use them again in the future.

On time, courteous and explained exactly what & why they were performing spraying. Safety issues answered about family including pets safety. Called and insisted on respray @ no charge even though we saw no pests

I have used these people since 2009. They come once every two months. The best thing about this company is that if I see anything that should not be in my house or yard (insects, spiders etc.) they come right away and spray again. Always professional and accommodating. Very pleasant on the phone and servicing. Will definitely continue to use them.

The technician arrived as promised. He is very professional and neat in physical appearance. He knew what was expected of him and proceeded to accomplish his work in a timely and non obtrusive manner. He asked if there were any additional areas that might need to be treated. He was told that the garage and the bathrooms needed to be treated. He followed through completely with that work

I really like Bulwark Exterminating Company. They are probably $20 higher than the other pest companies but I know that if I have a continuous problem, they will come out as many times as I need them. When I started the contract with them in a summer, they came out every week in July and August. They didn’t charge me anything extra for that.

Workers were very courteous each time and on time. We had repeated ant invasions inside the house (not anywhere near food) but they came out each time we reported a problem and sprayed for no extra fee. Did not renew the contract as we thought we could do the job ourselves.

I have regular service. I spend $65.00 every two months. Ever since I have been using them, I haven't seen any bugs in my house so I think that is good. The technicians that we have dealt with have been friendly and helpful.

This is a great company. They solved the problem the first time. I even got on a contract with them. I would highly recommend this company to other people.

We would recommend them. They come when they say and they seem to do a pretty good job when they spray. We are satisfied with what they quoted us for price. We didn't do a price comparison. My friend recommended them.

I've utiilized Bulwark since June 29, 2010. It is late September and I recently had my monthly spray (they had come two weeks earlier also at my request). The good news is that the scorpions I see in the garage are dead--but they still come on my property. Sadly, this time inside my home the tech found a scorpion behind my television in my den but he said it was dead. Overall, I think this is an outstanding outfit who seem to have a commitment to rid a home of scorpions. However, I was sad to see this scorpion in my home after such constant spraying. I realize these insects have invaded my neighborhood, and I have relocated most of the summer due to travel and other reasons, so I can't totally monitor the success. Honestly, I remain cynical since most of my close neighbors have them in their houses so how can one pest control outfit really keep them out of mine. But if any pest control company can eradicate insects I probably will have better luck with Bulwark than the others.

I contacted Bulwark to spray for ants and roaches. On the initial visit, they did a power spray outside over the entire property. They also sprayed inside problem areas where I'd seen ants (kitchen, bathrooms). They came back about a week later at no additional charge to dust inside the outlets for any roaches that might be inside the walls. They explained that they needed to spray for ants first because ants can smell the roach poison and would stay away if they did both services at once, so they sprayed for the ants first to kill them and then a week later dusted for the roaches. Initial service was $99 for inside and outside. I signed up for their maintenance service also. They come every two months to spray the perimeter of the house. The cost for that is $65 each visit. For maintenance, they only spray the exterior since the initial spray should have taken care of any bugs inside the house and the permimeter spray keeps others out. I was told, however, that you can request inside service at any time if you need it. You don't have to be home if you only need the outside sprayed. I have not seen any ants since the service and have seen only one dead roach inside since the initial service. I have also seen a few dead roaches outside, so the service must be working. I would definitely recommend Bulwark Exterminating.
