Eduardo is conscientious, dependable and has seemingly unlimited knowledge of this business. He has always taken an interest in any concerns we may have and addressed any problems that have arisen. He consistently makes appointments, and informs customers of precautions regarding chemicals used as well as is well versed with any animal habitats on the property to avoid a problem. If the suggested rating exceeded five stars it would be deserved.

Jorge Monarrez with Bulwark Pest did a great job. Our house is bug/pest free as a result, which is really good given that the summer heat tends to drive pesg inside mord than normal.

Been a Las Vegas Bulwark customer forever, 15+ years, at least. Consistently great service, from the person who answers the phone to our regular monthly technician, Byron. Whenever there’s a problem, a phone call always resolves it quickly. Byron is courteous, friendly, and communicative. He listens to any issues I have and works to address it. In a sea of service providers that are just okay, Bullwark stands apart. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Alex has been doing my pest control service for several years now. He’s been great to work with and does an awesome job every time he comes for service. He’s always very nice and accommodating and always tries to go above and beyond. I was a little disappointed when he first took over my house because I had Maze for years first and didn’t want to lose Maze but Alex was trained by Maze and I’ve been very happy I got Alex. He’s almost like having Maze. Thank you Bulwarks for both of these gentlemen I’ve been blessed to work with.

I have been with Bulwark for a over 14 years. By being with the company for this long, we have had more than one tech. In fact, there has been 4 techs ,who have been assigned to our house. All were excellent. Well, today I got my fifth tech. His name is Andy. Now, I am a stickler, for having the same tech. The reason why , is because, I don't like showing new people how I like my pest control done. Well, to my surprise Andy, turned out to be excellent. He even taught me a few things about pest . He is my fifth tech but, he seems to be a 5 star one along with the previous guys.

They come out three times a year and they stand behind their work. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again.

They did an excellent job, price was fair, and completed work in a timely manner.

They come out as scheduled and if you need an extra visit just call and they schedule it for any reason!

It went well my technician Jordan was very nice. We have been using this company for 8 years. We recently moved and I could tell they did spray for bugs. I called they cane out same day !! Awesome job. Thank you.

They are great! Sam was friendly and very helpful when he came to spray my house yesterday. I've been dealing with a roach infestation since I moved in 6 weeks ago. Sam not only sprayed the problem areas, but he sprayed the exterior and the garage to ensure that the bugs can't get back into the house. He even laid out some roach traps to catch those that may already be inside. And to top it all off, he offered to return next week to remove the traps so that I don't have to! Overall, just great customer service!

Sam came out and did a great job explaining what was being done to rectify the problem. Since then, he has continued to be available should we need him.

Bulwark has been great. We’ve been using them for almost two years with great results. The initial treatment involved inside and outside then we signed up for the planned visits to maintain protection or whatever. We had no problems for about a year and then some ants breached the defensives but Bulwark has been out twice to readdress the issue, no charge, and we are back to being any free again. Jermaine was our tech on the most recent visit, he was super professional and an all around chill dude who seemed to know his business. Would definitely recommend. FYI all their stuff is pet friendly and fast drying and neither I nor my wife have detected any strange odor or smell.

They have been very responsive in any concern we have. Jordan our tech is very polite, personable and listens to our concerns. He recently tracked down the source of an ongoing ant problem we have had.

From the moment he walked in the door, I was very impressed with Sam Smith!! Not only was he friendly, courteous, and prompt, but he explained the types of pests common to this area (some of which I was not aware!!), as well as the treatments that would be used to eliminate them from our home. Angie's List certainly "did it again" by providing the excellent reviews that led me to select Bulwark Exterminating!! Furthermore, I will definitely continue to use their bi-monthly maintenance treatments and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone in need of extermination services!!

Jordan is always on time and asks if we have any issues. He thoroughly sprays the garage and entire exterior of our house. We've had Bulwark for about eight years and they do a great job. Fortunately, we've never had to have them come out for a specific problem, but that's because they do a great prevention treatment. Scorpions, roaches, ants, and other pests would be a non-issue in Clark County if we all did preventative pest control.
