Arrived on time and explained the service being provided. Performed service quickly and efficiently. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and helpful. I have scheduled a regular treatment with them and I would recommend them.

Expected experts...got regular pest guys....

99% of all cockroaches are dead. They do nice work. Unbelievable communication, punctuality and professionalism. Would definitely recommend them. Nice people to work

We have the service scheduled but it has not been performed yet. I chose this service because of the interior/in-wall service. After comparing different services this seems to have the most chance of being effective. Pest control is an ongoing issue and we do not have a full scale infestation so I think this will be adequate for the time being.

They were there on time and explained everything they were doing. Above and beyond that, they explained the life cycle of scorpions and suggested a "black lite" which illuminates the critters day or night.

I’ve had them for over 5 years. They spray outside and put down repellant. They come on my schedule, when I prefer them to come out. They are polite enough to let me know when they are coming and when they get here. They spray through my entire house.

The person performing the service was very professional and did work both inside and outside our home. After discussion on the phone I made a decision to use the Bulwark service on an ongoing basis. They call to follow up and ensure that there are no pest issues. Subsequent services have all been outside only but they have been clear that they would be glad to also redo the inside if necessary or desied. We had severe ant infestation prior to the initial treatment but no recurrance post the treatment. This service is well worth the money and they are a pleasure to deal with. Their rates are competitive.

I have used them for about 9 years. They are very nice people to work with. If I have see a critter and call them, they will come out right away. If I have to call them between service, they will not charge me for the extra visit. They are good people.

The service has worked to eliminate a scorpion problem we had, but we have had problems with their billing department. After the initial sale, our sales guy was harder to get on the phone than the pope. Just defers everything to the lame sales department folks. Promised to drop our monthly fee by a $1.00 a month if we did electronic funds transfer, then proceeded to charge us twice. The 48 dollar figure is their monthly fee. Many places charge half that. When we are through the contract period we will drop them - although, their service has eliminated the scoprions, and I do like the fact their product does not harm our dogs or grandkids. We now know other companies use the same product that is a plant based poison, not petoleum based.

After the service, it has improved

They showed up and sprayed/did their thing. We had a bad problem due to neighborhood. Pests came back. They came back for free as promised. They will keep coming back for free in between the scheduled visits if you continue to have problems. Professional people who stand behind their promises.

IFor $69/mo, a very nice, very professional young man comes and sprays my house inside and out. If there is a pest problem, they'll treat for that specific problem, no extra charge! I had tiny ants coming in my window vents. It took three trips to figure out it was the window vents, but they worked hard each time, and sprayed each time. I live here, and it took ME that long to see the line of ants going up an outside wall into one of the window vents - an UPSTAIRS vent, at that! (My husband's socks must have been the attractant! LOL!) After a few trips, I called them to compliment them on their service. The lady asked me if I had a favorite "guy". "The last one here was wonderful!", I volunteered. "He can come out every month", she stated. I'm pleased as punch! I've only lived here 1/2 summer and one winter, so far. I haven't seen any bugs, or mice, since saying "goodbye" to the ants. I have great hopes for this spring and summer!

A very polite young man arrived on time and ready to go. He reviewed contract issues and then commenced to spray areas inside the house culminating with thoroughly covering the house perimeter outside with a bigger application process. Only two little ants were still around the next day and none since. Hurray! The company made phone contact the day after service was provided to check on my satisfaction.....class act. I have recommended them to my neighbors who, as it turns out, are also having the ant problems this year which came as no big surprise. I was pleased that their products did not carry a heavy disagreeable odor and I was assured they would not be harmful to my new puppy or mother who is on oxygen 24/7. Overall, at this point, I am completely satisfied.

When I made the appointment I explained that I had recently moved into the house and had a lot of bugs inside and out. The man I spoke with said that was exactly what the service was for and that they could take care of the problem. The young man who showed up had a spray can instead of a big sprayer, I asked him about it and he said the spray can could do the same job. Then I had to remind him to spray inside the walls which entailed taking off outlet covers. I only saw him take two off and when he went outside to sweep the webs he didn't just run the brush along the whole house, he stood there and tried to see the webs and then just swiped at them. So, of course, he missed a lot of the spider webs and within a couple of days I started seeing bugs in the house and spiders in the eaves. They came back out for a follow up two weeks later and resprayed everything with the real sprayer and re-swept the webs but I continued to have a bugs in and around the house, though in lesser numbers. I cancelled the service as I did not feel it was worth it. It was a special for half price and I paid $68, I would have been furious if I had paid them $150 as I did not get the results they promised.

We are still waiting for our refund but we believe this will happen soon.

Alex, the technician was courteous and professional from the time I met him at the door. He asked if I was a first-time customer and if I had completed any contract paperwork. He provided this to me, explained what he would be doing, and got to work. The annual contract cost is the same as the original Angie's List offier, which is very reasonable. The company will come every two months to spray the outside perimiter of the home. I was very satisfied as this is something I do not have time to take care of myself. I was given an option to select the type of product used in my home. And I was assured that Bulwark would come to my home, at not cost to me, to take care of pest problems that might occur prior to the next visit. I would highly recommend Bulwark Exterminating to other homeowners.
