Our tech, Curtis Hilding, was on time, very courteous, and did a great job. He made sure the job was done right and even locked my gate back up for me. Good work.

I hate bugs, so having a great exterminator is really important to me, especially when you live in an area with scorpions. I was bummed to see my technician had left, but after meeting with technician Sam Smith, I knew I was in good hands. I look forward to his continued service.

The person comes on-time as scheduled, and will come back for free as noted in the contract. However, the ants never lessen or go away.

The service technician, Johnathan, is very nice, on time and punctual. We have a continuing service agreement with Bulwark. The ants keep coming back, bur not in full force as they were before. Ants are a big problem in Vegas, so it is understandable.

Ultimately didnt use. They initially couldn't do what I needed but tried so hard to make it right that they won me over prey did a great customer service job

Bulwark Technician Sam Smith was very professional, polite and did a great job at our residence. He was very thorough and friendly.

We have used Bulwark for 7 years and the service continues to be excellent. We have had no issues with insects and the personnel are all professional and efficient.

Sam Smith was very punctual and professional. On this trip, aside from spraying our exterior like normal, we had mentioned that we had seen some small cockroaches inside as well, and he offered to come in and spray around for us. We have had nothing but good experiences with Bulwark Exterminating.

I am very please with Bulwark Exterminating. I have used them for years. Their Service team members are always prompt, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Fernando Sanchez always seems to have a smile on his face and has time to answer questions, or look into a questionable area if pointed out. They have it on file that we have a desert tortoise in the back yard, so they check to see where she is before spraying the back perimeter. I appreciate.

Horrible. I had spiders, but he said he didn't do spiders.

Eric Burch is an awesome tech! He is extremely friendly and thorough. He always asks us about any particular problems we may be experiencing and then treats our home accordingly. He happily sprays indoors or set traps indoors as well if we request it.

Pulled up he was already spraying . Asked if i wanted the garage done as it was open. Payne was a very nice guy.

Today we requested the patio furniture undersides be sprayed which he did with a smile. We discussed the possibility of rodents in our attic.he provided me with some sticky traps. Should we discover there is actually something there we are to call him and he will get rid of them.

From initial call to service to follow-up - absolutely the most professional, courteous company! They made the experience easy. My technician, Sam was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything from the products to what to expect right after service and going forward. Loved that he spent time making sure he addressed all of our concerns and did not rush. Rate are very reasonable - especially for level of service. They are the best!

We purchased the scorpion elimination package on Angie's List from Bulwark after finding a scorpion in the garage. Bulwark contacted me the same day and scheduled my service. Technician showed up on time and completed the service keeping mindful of our dogs. We have only seen one scorpion since and it was already dead. $99.00 was a small price to pay for our peace of mind. Thank you Bulwark.

Bulwark's tech, Chandler Palmer, was here today, and he did an awesome job! My grown son didn't understand some of the issues and I was not home when he came, so I asked them to come back! Chandler was back in 30 minutes to address my issues. That must be why I have used them everywhere I go, and recommend them to others.........

They were wonderful! Strove to meet my needs at every turn and work within my work hours. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Eric Burch is always very professional and friendly. He always comes on time and will ask if I have seen any pests inside my house. He usually just sprays outside. If I do need spraying on the inside, he always wants to know where to spray to get to the problem area. He is very knowledgable about pest control.

To start I will say that I did a monthly plan with them/automatic payments which went really well this review has more to do with the fact that there were problems when I was initially quoted the price they had given me military discount I was never told that would be changed! without notice they changed the price to 10 dollars more and took away the military discount! I moved at the end of the year and months later I told them to cancel the account and they did not! they came to that old address and sprayed without calling or any notice! and they charged me for it! even though I no longer live there! do yourself a favor don't use these guys! there very shady.

It appears that this was a busy time of the year for these types of insects because it is a reoccurring problem and I can’t blame them for that. I am not sure if the treatment is 100% or 80% or 90% effective.

On time, did a good job, what more do you need. Plus a nice young man!

Within 30 minutes of purchasing via Angie's list I was contacted to setup an appointment. I was able to get an appointment within 48 hours. The service technician, Drake Stevenson, showed up exactly on time. He introduced himself, went over the purchased services, the required disclaimers, and then we discussed my particular problem and how he would address it. Everything went great and depending on the effectiveness of the treatment (to be determined over time) I will definitely use Bulwark Exterminating if I have future pest extermination needs and would recommend them to anyone who thinks they need an exterminator.

I have used Bulwark for over 8 years now, I insist on a regular guy rather than a different person each time. The person I have now, his name is MAX. Max has been our regular guy for years now. Max is outstanding in every way. He is always on time, always has a smile when you answer the door. He is so careful going around my yard when he sprays. We have NEVER had a plant or flowers damaged, nor any of the landscaping lighting disturbed. He sprays carefully and thoroughly, taking his time while doing so. He has learned where my food bearing plants are, and avoids them without being instructed to do so. Friendly conversation is also included in the visit. Max is a genuine great guy, and an exceptional employee of Bulwark. We are lucky to have him.

This was a $79 big deal purchase that I used. I was not too happy with it. They did the work about two weeks after I bought the deal. The price was okay. Their punctuality was okay. to get an A grade from me they could have used a better product. The problem is if they are not using the correct product the bugs come back.
