My tech, Payne Kee, told me he will come anytime I see a problem between regular services. Tiny sugar ants and Box Elders suddenly appeared out of nowhere, in between services. In the river rocks and grass, right next to the house. I called around 5pm and he was here the next morning. He came up with a plan that was tailor fit to my house, yard and the specific problem. Good customer service and fast execution. They kept their promise. Thumbs up on this one.

It went great as Bulwark dispatched someone to come as soon as possible to spray our yard to eliminate the bugs. The technician Chris P was excellent and gave us professional service with a smile.

Bulwark sends an email a day or two before our scheduled spray day to let us know it's coming up. Fernando is our tech, and he is always on schedule. I'm not always home when he visits, but when I do speak to him, he is always friendly and easy to talk to. Just as importantly, he's doing a good job, because we never (*knock wood*) have any bugs in our home.

First tech was good, but the deal is a scam to pressure you to buy ongoing service that is overpriced. Second tech was much less professional. Think twice before you buy anything other than the Angie's List service.

I have been using Bulwark Pest Control for years. They are professional, knowledgeable and use products that are safe for my pets. Fernando is always willing to address whatever problems we might have, but I have to say with monthly service outside, I rarely have pests inside. I have recommended Bulwark to many of my friends and neighbors.

I have never seen a scorpion, black widow, roach, or other creepy crawler!! Eric is always professional, friendly, helpful, and punctual. He's been very easy to work with and quick to respond when we have specific concerns. Very happy with our service!

They sprayed under the sink and left some baits for the ants. They also sprayed all around the outside of the house. We decided to have them come by on a regular basis, every two months for maintenance. If we do see anymore bugs they said we can call them to come out sooner and take care of it. So far they have done a good job and been professional.

They are punctual and professional. Technicians always announce their arrival and are happy to do additional work or customize problem pests. Chris R has been our technician for a couple months and is always pleasant and good humored. I have used this company for over 10 years. They make contacting them easy and will call or text the time of service. I have had no bug problems since I have started their service. If I have found pests in the house, they come quickly and handle the problem no extra charge. A great deal!

Chris P. does a wonderful job every time he comes out. He listens to my concerns and addresses the areas I need service in. I love that he re-locks our gates so my dogs can't escape. It is the extra things he does that I appreciate.
