I was happy with them and they did a good job. Everything was great. They were here on the date they set up for the installation.

I was pleased with the work. They first showed up to show me the blinds and measure everything and then 2 workers came out and were very efficient. The workers wore booties so they did not drag in any mud. They were very knowledgeable and they answered all of my questions. I was pleased with the pricing and I like the quality.

They were really good. I liked the girl that came to the house. She was really good and she walked me through all the different options and everything. It all went really well. We were pleased with the final product. They had to come back because they ordered the wrong thing for a couple of windows upstairs. It took them several times to get the right blind on the right windows which delayed the whole process. It took another 1 1/2-2 weeks which was really unfortunate because it was my kid's room and blinds were critical for them. They ended up having to send 3 people out to get the right blinds installed. They were on time. I probably would use them again.

I was first drawn to Bugsy's Blinds from the cute mafia-like commercial that my fiance and I saw. I remember seeing it during the superbowl and it kind of stuck in my head ever since. I went ahead and set up an appointment in my home for a free estimate and measure. Bugsy's Blinds beat the competitor's pricing beyond a doubt! Also, we really liked that the salesperson, CT, did not say anything bad or rude about the competitor. He had great professionalism. So CT came to our home to measure our windows and give us an estimate. He brought all of the samples that I had requested. He listened to what I wanted and truly wanted to show me all of the options that fit my needs. He had so many samples that I could not count how many he had. He had varying cherry wood colors so that I was able to match my kitchen cabinets. He showed me different ideas for my sliding glass door and I fell in love with the bamboo slider (that no other window covering business offers from my experience). I wanted to put a piece of window covering in the cut out of one of my walls. CT had a great idea to put a piece of rot iron-looking wood design there. I don't know how else to to describe it, but it is very beautiful! He also went outside with me and showed me the different colors that I could choose from for my solar screens. I truly felt like I had every option available to me. My fiance and I needed a day or two to think about it. CT called us two days later and wanted to see how we were doing and if we wanted to look at anymore samples. My fiance and I drove down to their luxurious showroom where we met up with CT. I was very impressed with the amount of product that Bugsy's had to offer, the friendly staff, and the workshop in the back. I was also very impressed to find out that Bugys's manufactures their own shutters. I must add that when we pulled up to the showroom, we saw a vintage Mercedes that had Bugsy's logo all over it (it looked like a car from the 'old school vegas' style). It totally grabbed our attention. After seeing the showroom and the constant customers walk in and out, we really didn't need any more confirmation on who to buy our shutters from. We purchased our cherry wood shutters, bamboo slider, solar screens, and tableaux piece (rot-iron looking piece) from Bugsy's Blinds. Bugsy's offered us 0% financing (which other competitors did not) and had temporary shades available for us to purchase. I was really anticipating having all of my window coverings installed in a month, and even though I was told 6-8 weeks, I was able to get all of my product installed on week 5! I was very happy with the fast service. When the guys came out to install all of the window coverings, they were very professional and punctual. I was very impressed with how delicately they treated my home. Every time a worker stepped inside my home, he put on little foot booties (to cover the shoe). Sometimes the guys would go outside to the car for many trips and yet they continued to take the booties on and off as needed. They did an amazing job installing all of my window coverings and had me inspect each room. They even left me with a little bit of the stain from the cherry wood shutters in case I needed it. The installers, Nick, Brandon, Antonio, and Cesar are a fine bunch of young men. I even called the manager that day to let her know how respectful and dilligent they worked. I received a follow up call a week later from an employee, Cheri. She wanted to know about my experience and if I was satisfied with my window coverings. I was very happy that they took this extra step to make sure I am completely satisfied. Most companies take your money and you never hear from them. I told Cheri how wonderful CT was, how great the installers were, and how much I loved my new window coverings! She thanked me for my business. I will continue to refer people to Bugsy's Blinds as they have top of the line products for a great prices!!!

Do call them for your window needs. Don't delay!

Things went well. I guess the price was average for putting the blinds in. It took them about a week or about ten days to get the blinds made but once they got in there, they put some pretty good products in there. I will use their services again in the future.

Easy to order, lots of samples to pick from. All blinds were delivered and hung for us. The measurements were perfect. Only one problem was the tilt mechanism did not work on one of the blinds and it took a while for someone to come out and fix it, Had to make several calls for this.

A company representative called us a few days after we bought their service from you. An appointment was made for a few days later. They were punctual and professional every step of the way.

I first met Rafael at a home show and liked what he and his company had to offer. I made an appointment for an estimate and Rafael was punctual and professional. I listened to his ideas and when I found out that he could match the wood color that I wanted it was a done deal. They were ordered and installed on the time promised. Great work all around.

Everything went well from start to finish.

Contacted Rafael Ferrigno the manager who came out to my house the following day. He gave us suggestions and performed the work on schedule.

The sales representative arrived promptly at our home to measure and give us an estimate. She was OK. We liked the looks of the product that she brought and so decided to use this company. The blinds arrived on time, were installed, we paid the remaining balance and then we noticed a problem with the shutters. When we called the sales person back she refused to come and see the problem and try to resolve it. We then called the manager of the company and he refused also to come look at the problem and make suggestions to improve them. We tried to cancel our check, thinking that they would then come out and see what we were talking about, but it appeared that the moment the sales rep left our house she deposited the check. After they had our money they were not accommodating, were rude and nasty people.

I had gone to Lowes, explained what I wanted and provided my measurements. The associate assured me she could order what I wanted, that is cellular shades two on one headrail. I paid for a window measure and after he submited the measurements to the associate, she told me they could not order what I wanted because it was not available from the company. She had no other suggestions. I found Bugsy's Blinds on The List and visited the store. Karen spent time with me discussing what I needed and showing me products. I immediately realized she had a depth of experience and good eye for window treatments. She and an associate came to my house and spent as much time as I needed(about 2 hrs.) to come up with a plan I would be happy with. It required her to do some research with Graber to be sure we could get the product I wanted in the size I needed. After submitting the order, it would be 3 wks., but the products were ready in 2 wks. The installation went smoothly and I love the result.

They were very nice and I felt comfortable having them work in my home. I was very satisfied with the work they did. The only negative thing I would have to say about the job was that they could have done a better job cleaning up. After they finished, I kept finding little pieces of material from the old blinds that they had left behind. Overall, though, I was very satisfied.
