Many days he was late. No call No show. Many days he lied to me and said he was on the way so I’d go to meet him and he didn’t show up I asked for washable paint he got paint and watered it down so much that it is not washable. I could see the old color through the new. I had to redo much of it myself. He hired young people who left a mess and had no experience masking off the house with masking tape They stole items from my home which I asked for their return and was ignored. Farshad Kouranki just laughed it off. He did not complete the work he was hired to do and he put me 15 days behind schedule. BEWARE.

We met on 9/5/18. And I hired Farshad to do the interior painting I requested quality paint that the new owners would be able keep clean. Washable was top on my list of requirements He purchased the cheapest paint. NOT Washable. He then hired non professionals in their early 20s. They taped off the area with masking tape so there was a lot of bleeding between the colors . They pretended not to English when I told them it wasn’t right. So I spoke to them in Spanish and they responded in English promising to fix the mess they made. They did not. I was clear in the beginning that I needed the painting done by the 15 th. Farshad said he’d be done by the 14th. ...... I had to cancel the carpet and tile Farshad continued to hold up the project till 9/21/18. At that point I had to let him go although he kept requesting more time to make it right. I said NO. Paid him and changed the codes on the house He left me with a mess. I just finished painting the edges, Above the cupboards and an area on the ceiling that was supposed to be sanded and painted by the painters as well as all the scuff marks on the walls left by the workers as they left the property .. During the time they were there they stole an iPhone, a notebook with sensitive information and a ladder from my property. When I asked Farhsad to return them he blew it off and said it was the other company. When I asked for the name of the other company he refused to give it to me I’ve since hired a handy man to complete the work Farshad said he would do I finished all the painting and it is now 9/25/18. Finally I can schedule the carpet and tile as well as the cleaning I’m very disappointed not only with Budget Renovations or Pro Construction which he is changing his name to but also Angie’s List. I will never use this referral service again. Shame on you Angie for not having complete background checks to n place. I thought this was the place where I could trust a professional opinion. I was wrong P.S I have pictures to back up this information.

I got a quote to completely remodel my master bathroom. This company kept their word for the quote and did not cut corners. They used quality supplies and did everything I asked them to do. They showed up everyday and made this process very smooth and successful. My bathroom looks fabulous. Honest , Affordable and Good Quality work. I will be using them to do my other 2 bathrooms as well. I highly recommend them.

Excellent, is one of the best jobs for a shower I've seen. The size of my bathroom is not that big and they make it look very nice more space.

Working with Fred was the best choice I ever made. He understood what we wanted and kept us in the budget. Never cut corners, was flexible and patient with us. Always answered our calls (or returning our call in few minutes). Very professional and respectful. After he was done with the house he still was available to make small changes. I will definitely hire him again and recommend him. To work with him made my life easier and the remodeling much more pleasurable.

Fantastic! Freddy did EVERYTHING on my kitchen from tile floor installation, backsplash, new light fixture, drywall, and appliance installation! He went out of his way to work with my crazy schedule and there was only one time where we needed to reschedule. He worked overtime to get everything done and also came back later for no extra cost when my appliances delivered were damaged and needed returning. Quality "go to" contractor that I will no doubt use in the future! Oh and his prices are the most competitive I've seen! Please note that the pictures are before the ceiling was textured and finished!

Fred and his team did a fantastic job. Their attention to detail and determination to do a qualitlity job can be seen in the entire condo. Their can do attitude made our remodeling job a pleasant experience. We have already started to highly recommend Fred to family and friends.

Fred and his team are definitely your guys to go to if you want good work done on a budget. They were helpful in keeping my costs down while still delivering a beautiful makeover to my home.
