+ -1 moreExcellent. Representative came, tailored a package to our needs that was very competitive. Signed contract the following day. Installer installed system professionally, explained how to use it and cleaned up.
Description of Work: Brink's offered a package tailored to our needs. $49 dollars for the installation including a keypad and $38 per month versus $560 and $42 per month from the competition. The installer was professional efficient and cleaned up afterwords. He also explained how to implement the system. Approximately a month later we accidentally triggered the motion detector twice and received phone calls within seconds.

+ -1 moreService person showed up as promised, installation proceeded as agreed to. Installer forgot to leave two signs. We called, and got one sign delivered. Never did get second sign. We were satisfied with the service provided.
Description of Work: Advertised price was $199, plus in order to have other doors and windows alarmed there were additional charges...total of $583, and we don't have everything. Monthly charge is $35 for monitoring. Had a false alarm one time, charged $25 for employee to come. We have never had any follow up visits or check ups. Employees are polite and knowledgeable if we call, but we certainly don't have the type of service that other reviewers seem to have. We have never even heard from a Brinks person since our installation several years ago.

+ -1 moreI really like Brinks and they did a very good job installing the system. They are good at following up on everything and I have no complaints with them. They explained everything about the system and gave us a booklet on it.
Description of Work: The technician installed a security system in our house and hooked up the monitoring device.

+ -1 moreWhen installing the system, Brinks was very efficient. They explained how everything worked. They come every six months to make sure the system is working properly. The alarm triggered one time and it was very reassuring to see how quickly help was sent out. Even though, they perform regular maintenance checks, they still call periodically and confirm our code names and things. I have been very satisfied with the service since day one. I pay them monthly which is great.
Description of Work: Brinks Home Security was hired to come to my home and install an alarm system.

+ -1 moreBrinks Home Security completely explained our alarm system to me when they installed it. I have had a couple of false alarms and they called within minutes. Their response time was amazing. I liked that they did not charge me for them. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable and I feel safe and secure with them.

+ -1 moreI already had a system installed so it was kind of easy for them. Things are a little different with Brinks than they were with my previous provider. They did not explain very much to me as far as how the system works. I kind of had to ask the questions and they followed with an answer. The pricing is great; they tend to be the cheapest I have found so far. I never encounter any false alarms or anything. I feel pretty content with Brinks. I feel they would keep me safe in time of need.

+ -1 moreBrinks Home Security clearly explained to me exactly how the system worked. I haven't experienced any false alarms and they do come out regularly to check on the system to make sure its working properly. I have been using them for the last five years and have been very satisfied.
