Installation crew was excellent- courteous, prompt, professional and the workmanship was exceptional Office and design support- friendly and responsive Project management- did not meet expectations. Failed to provide us with the requested design, even after given two attempts. When we decided to just pay the bill, and hire another contractor to finish the job, we discovered an additional $975 dollars of unapproved changes (that were never discussed/negotiated with us) added to the final total.

Returned call promptly. Estimate prepared & submitted promptly.. Estimator was professional & courtesy. We decided to go with restraining concrete rather than replace with pavers.

They really did a great job with the paver install, beautiful work. However, the synthetic turf install did not go well. While they installed the grass the way we wanted, they came up short in the amount of grass needed, and wound up cutting and installing three large pieces next to the one large piece they had installed. This left unsightly seams, and when I talked to the owner to fix the issue, it took months before any action was taken, and the result was unsatisfactory. The company brought a large piece of turf to replace the bad install, but just left the piece and never returned to finish the job despite my almost weekly calls and emails to the company. I wound up hiring another installer to finish the job which they did perfectly. It seems once this company gets your money, you are out of luck in getting them to respond to any problems that need fixing. They will show up immediately to do an estimate and schedule a job, but that is the extent of their customer service, good to you before the job, and not so good after.

Excellent, professional, proficient, and extremely talented. They worked with me on a unique design, they gave their input to help me along. And made adjustments when needed during installation. They kept me informed on everything and asked my opinion. They accomplished everything in two days and it was a beautiful outcome.

Excellent work. The crew was great. Very respectful of our property and cleaned up each night. Completed on time. Showed craftsmanship in the pattern of pavers. Gave us exactly what we wanted.

Removed approximately 1000SF of broken, sagging concrete driveway and self-installed pavers, installed new pavers in driveway, side and back of house, and installed 600 sf of artificial grass. The pavers are beautiful, great color and design, great comments from neighbors on our new driveway. Did lots of research before choosing Brazilian Pavers, thought they were the best and the price was good. However, the grass install had issues, and needed to be repaired due to horrible seams showing. As of April, only a piece of repair grass has been delivered and that took months, and the fix has not been done. Last communication was February 2018, company said they would let me know when they would come out to fix. Can only surmise that once they have your money, you are out of luck to get anything fixed or repaired. At least the pavers are ok, but if I need any paver repair, I will not use Brazilian Pavers because they have shown they could care less about me as a customer, once they have your money good luck getting them to show up again.

Excellent. We used them for a major job before and were pleased, so we had high expectations. They delivered. Our back patio faces West, so we get a ton of sun. So we had them put another patio in the northwest corner of the yard, so we could put two chairs on it and sit there and enjoy the yard with the shade provided by the trees. They came when they said they would and cleared the area, then built a small retaining wall. They put a base of soil and sand down, and then the bricks on top. They completed the work in a day-and-a-half. The workers paid great attention to detail and did a fantastic job, just as we asked. They then cleaned up after themselves.

Very well. Before starting the project I surveyed others in the neighborhood who had put in pavers. I could see the product. All had used this company and all were satisfied. When we signed the contract I was toid it would take 5 days - the job actually took two and cleanup two more. They jackhammered out all of the existing concrete and piled the debris as neatly as possible along a curb in the street. New paver pallets and sand were deposited along the curb. The laying of the pavers was a two step process - preparing the ground and actually placing the pavers. The finished product is exactly what we wanted and the neighbors have complimented us on the new look. NOTE. I prepared our neighbors in advance with a mailer apologizing for the coming mess, describing the job and the finished product. Despite the noise and mess, no complaints from the neighbors.

Everyone was on time from estimator to workers to walk through. All were professional and the driveway, courtyard, and path look great! The work was essentially done in four days, sooner than I had expected. Overall, we are quite pleased with the work. I only had two small complaints: 1. On the day they did my courtyard, the workers left a very thick coat of dust on my front door. The dust made it very difficult to use my front door until I attempted to clean it up. 2. The company was a little slow I picking up the unused pavers and the plant debris.

It went well. A bit slow at start and that was probably my fault since I was supposed to be out of town for a week and I should have called sooner when I was ready to do the job. When the guys came and did the walkway, everything went great. The company sales representative also said they did synthetic lawn, so I had her give me a quote. The quote was about the same that I was going to have someone else do, so I said go a head and do it since they were already here doing the walkway. The two installers came back the next day and put in the lawn, what I did not expect was the paver border (it looks great and makes the job look excellent). I was even thinking about doing it myself, but I am glad I had Brazilian pavers do it. I will more than likely have them come and put the rock in the back yard when I finish doing the planting and drip system....which should be soon.

Could not have gone better. Started and Completed the job on time and the cleanup of job materials off the street really impressed my neighbors as well as the beauty of the new pavers over old ugly concrete. I highly recommend them and their price was totally reasonable out of 4 bids I had received. I would hire them again in a minute.

Excellent throughout the entire process. From the start Alan was very professional, kept in contact with us and was punctual He answered all of of our questions and the results were exactly what he promised. The workers were professional and courteous the yard was left completely clean. Highly recommend.

It went fabulous! I was concerned with the color of the pavers and they got us samples and references. The office workers were so helpful and friendly and always answered my calls promptly. The workers arrived exactly when they were scheduled, worked without stopping, answered all my questions and did a fantastic job! They were done in less than 3 days(including concrete removal). They cleaned everything up as it was before and we have a gorgeous driveway that we're thrilled with. It was one of the best home business transactions we've ever had and give them an A+++ rating.

I am completely satisfied. Alan explained to me at the beginning how the job would go and he was right on the money. The workers were of a very high quality and not only did a tremendous job, but they put in a great effort. They were exacting in their attention to detail and the work shows. I could not be happier with everything, from the price to the quality to their professionalism. I was very pleased with this company and would recommend it unreservedly.

John was punctual and professional. We were also looking for outdoor lighting, a patio, and pool equipment housing, and ultimately decided to go with a general contractor to have everything done with one company, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company, as I appreciated the customer service we received, as well as seeing the excellent work that they do.

Went according to plan. Ran out of pavers one day but they quick got more. They were done one day ahead of time. They knew what they were doing as I continuously was checking with my son and the work in progress and he would ask questions to ensure they were using the correct materials and correct installation methods. He could find no fault with how they did the install.

I shoped and I shoped around for a paver company to do our paver job and after meeting with John Long from Brazilian Pavers we made our decision. Since most all the quotes we received were all going to use the Pavestone 6 cm pavers we figured the cost would simply come down to who could do it the cheapest. Yes, you get what you pay for, but this was something we felt comfortable getting the cheapest quote possible and then going for it. We went with the Plaza Stone, Sierra Blend for our job with the Charcoal borders. The day of the job I got a call from John stating when they were going to arrive. They arrived on time and began checking out the area for what all they were going to have to prep and do. We did require a bit more excavation then I had already done but they knocked it out like champs and so quickly. I have to admit, the day they started the weather was horrible, hot, humid and no wind. I did my best to help the crew of 2 out by providing water and gatorade simply because I felt that they deserved it. They didn't once ask to use our restroom, which I would have let them, or ask me for water (although I was providing them with it so ensure they didn't collapse from the heat). Anyway, I showed them where i had run water and where our gas line was running for our future gas fire pit (to be installed later once we figure out a design). Anyway, the got the surface all setup and leveled out using string lines and a level (very professional). Then it began, the sand, the compacting, the checking for level. By the time they had gotten the surface all setup they manage to get some of the pavers installed that that. Unfortunately, with the bit of excavation that I required, it did eat a few hours out of the day and they had to come back on Saturday. They arrived bright and early on Saturday and started knocking it out right away. I watched the entire process as I was curious how involved it was since I had initially thought of doing it myself. I feel for these guys with all the lifting of the pavers, it LOOKED like very hard work. Anyway, they finished up the pavers then put down the sand to fill the gaps with I believe what is some sealent for the sand mixed in. They then put the vibrating compactor on the pavers and got them all good. Oh yeah, they do put concrete around the edges that aren't supported by a wall so help the pavers stay in place. Once they were done with pavers they pressure washed the entire thing and cleaned up after themselves. Since we had quite a bit of dirt and sand left over and I even paid a bit extra to have them haul some extra dirt away they had to come back on Monday to haul that dirt and extra pavers away. They came and loaded up all the dirt and sand and pavers and even hosed off our driveway. I'm very happy with the work, I go in my backyard more and more now just because of these pavers. Love it, great job.

The bid and job were fast and friendly. One day installation. They cleaned up the mess on their way out.

The job started on a Monday after we had had homeowners association approval. They started in the backyard with A crew of three men. The company delivered pallets of the pavers stacked them in the street in front of our house. We had selected a pattern that involved five different shapes of pavers. The crew do an excellent job of keeping the pattern accurate during the whole job. The driveway cement had to be removed. The pavers were installed so that the driveway and the garage floor were level. When the job was finished they cleaned up everything including power spraying the walls of the outside of the house. The pavers had to be custom cut in some areas and left a lot of dust in the cutting process. A drain pipe was installed under the pavers on one side of the house to drain all the water to the front of the home. During our recent rainstorm of three days all of the areas drained exceptionally well. Alan was our sales person and was always on time. He took the time one Saturday morning to drive us around and show us completed and jobs in progress that is company had done. We highly recommend Brazilian Pavers.

I called two companies on a Wednesday for an estimate. Brazilian Pavers came on time on Friday and the others couldn't come until Monday. After going over the project with the owner on Friday and being satisfied with the price I called and canceled the other company's appointment. I asked the owner if it would be possible to have the job done by June 14, as I had company coming then. He made a note to see if it could be arranged and it was. The weather was particularly hot the week of the job but the workers were on time every day and worked all day to complete their task for the day. Within four days I had a beautiful new driveway and walkway. I've had many compliments from the neighbors and absolutely love the new look. The work team that we had was great. All of them were nice and worked like crazy. Since it was so hot I provided them daily with a cooler full of ice, gatorade and water and they were most appreciative.

When I called for an estimate on Monday I spoke with Terri. She informed me that the next available appointment was Friday the 21st of June. At that point I thanked her for her time and said the job would be awarded by then. Terri immediately asked if she could call me right back because she wanted to talk with Alan (the estimator) and see if I could be squeezed in before Friday. Wednesday between 12 and 2 was my window. Alan showed up on time answered all my questions and gave me a written quote of exactly what was going to be done, what was included in the price, his contractor license and insurance limits. I asked what the lead time was to start the job and he speculated around 1 July and it would take 2 days. I had already gotten 2 other quotes and decided at that point to go with Brazilian Pavers. At 5pm Wednesday evening we received a call from Terri asking if we could start the job tomorrow! Absolutely! Thursday morning at 8 a truckload of sand was delivered and one hour later 3 installers showed up led by Fernando the foreman. The 3 hit the ground running grading and compacting the base, they worked with great speed and efficiency. The sand base was next and then the pavers were staged for installation. By 5pm both patios were laid with the exception of the border pavers. 9am Friday Fernando and one other installer showed up to complete the installation. 1pm and they were done and gone! Having used several contractors in the valley over the last 14 years, Brazilian Pavers and my pool contractor are the only 2 I have used that did exactly what they said was going to be done, when it would be done and have zero hassles. The job was done and the area was cleaner than when they started all before the original estimate date, amazing. I will not hesitate to recommend and use them in the future. I was very happy with them. They were efficient and dedicated. They did a good job.

The first person I dealt with at Brizilian Pavers was Terri, who answered the phone. She was very helpful answering questions and was very knowledgeable of what the job would entail. She went to the trouble of sending me sample pictures of different jobs they had completed.. The next day we set up an appointment for the owner, Allen, to come for an estimate. He was right on time and answered all my questions. The job started just when he said it would , took two days and it looks great. The guys he sent to do the job were experts at their craft. After the job was done the cleanup was perfect.

The company and workers did a great job on installing pavers for our patio and they deserve an A rating but the salesman hedged on the oral contract regarding a cap for a retaining wall. The company agreed to honor the oral contract. I would recommend getting everything in writing
