+ -1 moreDue to a worker calling in sick they were unable to start the job on Thursday. From the moment they showed up Monday they were in a hurry. A guy applied a primer coat to the woodstained woodwork without removing the finish. They textured over bits of wallpaper on the bathroom walls; sprayed texture on the woodwork, & painted over it. They spray-painted ONE coat of paint over everything. Even the brass hinges of the doors are now see-through white. We can see the brush strokes of the primer coat on the woodwork, through the paint! The paint is so thin it didn't fill in minor pinholes, not to mention the nail holes in the walls or in the new, unfinished doors which they did not spackle. They didn't tarp all the furniture resulting in paint on bedding and paint dust everywhere else. One week later I already have paint chipping off the woodwork. The paint looks like a cheap apartment spray job done by amateurs & I have more problems then before I started. I was ripped off.
Description of Work: I hired this company to: - Strip the wallpaper in two bathrooms, texture, & paint the walls & ceilings - Paint the interior of my house, including the great room, master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, den, home office, laundry room, pantry, & three walk-in closets - Paint the ceilings only in the kitchen, dining room, and powder room - Paint the interior and exterior of three newly installed sets of french doors & one single entrance door - Paint the wood-stained trim work the same color as the walls - Paint the new stucco surrounding the outside doors In conversation with Mr. Leonard prior to the start of the job he told me his crew would take care of all prepatory work, including filling nail holes and other wall scars; chemically washing down the shelves and woodwork; taping; and moving furniture and covering with tarps, etc. They would take care of the entire process which would take seven working days. We didn't discuss the method of application or the number of paint coats.

+ -1 moreBrad Lenord did an excellent job. They did not leave a mess at all. There were no runs on the walls or no drippings on the floor. It was great. They didn t even mess up the pictures they had to paint around. I enjoyed their services very much. The workers were very outgoing and very professional. I enjoyed having them in my home and I would hire them again without a doubt.
Description of Work: Brad Lenord was hired to come to my home and paint the inside of my home.
