+ -1 moreHe is NOT licensed. Nothing was to code, and in fact certain things that were done were considered dangerous (gas line/pipe improperly installed). He is a rip off/con artist. Low bids and then asks for money up front. His work is shoddy at best, not within code and also dangerous
