+ -1 moreI had been going to Bobs Autodynamics for about 3 years never had an issue till now. I took my car in for a new front end. My car is a 2016 Lexus CT200H with 240000 miles. They did the front end and after there was a clunking noise after 1 day. Took it back the next day and was told need axles. Replaces the axels didn’t fix the problem. . Took car back was told it’s the transmission. At this point I spent over 4000 dollars and if I was told it was the transmission I would have cut ties with the car if It was the transmission as they know I had an emotional connection to my car. But there comes a time when your mechanic needs to step up and be the voice of reason and not in it for the $$$. They just kept repairing and not fixing the root problem. I would like a refund for this as I had to sell the car to scrap junk

Diagnosed my brakes to have only 5% left, took my car to other reputable mechanic who put in writing the brakes had "a lot of life left at 75%". For another repair on my vehicle, I was quoted around $400 by phone, then after I took my car to Bob's Autodynamics same repair jumped to more than double that amount. After declining the repair, I was forced to pay over $100 in diagnostic fee.

They specialize in sports cars and NKM and they do a very good job. They are not a tire place. They picked it up from another tire place and put them on for us. Their price is not cheap but reasonable. They do everything they say they are going to do and Bob is there himself to make sure that everything is done. We are happy with the price. The quality of their service is excellent.
Description of Work: We have an ‘85 Corvette and we take it to Bob’s Autodynamics. They repaired our fuel pump. They did replace some valve covers one time and changed our tires.

Bob examined the transmission, diagnosed that it needed a new part (not a clutch which would have cost more), called with a quote and did the work exactly as promised. No surprises, no upcharges, nothing but good, professional work. Use this guy!

+ -1 moreI explained that I needed an alignment, because I had just purchased new tires at a tire store and the old tires showed uneven wear. I explained I was a single mother on a limited income, my car is a cheap model. Upon completion of inspection, Robert informed me that a complete alignment could not be performed before installing more parts for $180. Then the alignment could be performed, another $80. I found this odd. I left and called the dealership. They told me that was not true, all parts were on the car. To fix alignment, they just needed to adjust the toe, not add parts. I had the alignment performed elsewhere for $80.
Description of Work: I went in for an alignment on the recommendation of a Discount Tire employee.

As always, repairs were performed professionally and the vehicle was ready when promised.We have never had any problems with his work.He warrants his work and he and his wife have always been completely trustworthy in their dealings with us!

+ 0 moreI was glad I had a chance to meet them and look over their facility - very clean, very professional. I walked away feeling that this was a very well-run shop staffed by honest, good people.
Description of Work: I went to Bob's Autodynamics to get a quote for a new transmission. I already had a quote from the Las Vegas Honda rep.who has serviced my car for 19 years now. The end result was that he could not meet the price I was given but he could give me a much better rebuilt transmission with a much better warranty for a few hundred more. I discussed what he said with my Honda dealer rep. who said that he would match the offer with a genuine Honda rebuilt transmission and full 100,000 mile warranty. I went with my Honda rep as the warranty was good at all Honda dealerships. But I have to say how impressed I was with these people. They were professional and treated me well. I wanted to give them the business but my rep had stepped up to the plate on this one. They are sending me offers by e-mail to service my car and I am very tempted!

+ -1 moreI have 3 vehicles that I take to Bob's. Two of those vehicles are over 12 years old.It is a family owned company and they are honest and dependable. They have been available anytime I needed them and have provided quality service. I reccomend Bob becuase of his honest and ''going beyond the call of duty'' philosophy that have kept my vehicles running and safe.
Description of Work: I have had everything from normal service to engine work done to 3 different vehicles. Bob is always forthright in his assessment and provides addtional work that other mechanics have not done in the past.I have old vehicles that continue to run due to Bob's exceptional service.
