I have used them for more than 20 years, back when the dad owned the company, which is now run by his son, Carlos. Blue Bird is fantastic!

+ -1 moreThey're ok. I've used a company that is both cheaper and better that I got from Angies list, so I won't use them again for that reason. I paid an extra $95 for carpet kicking, but it still looks like a mess and that apparently only was enough for 2 locations. I have someone else coming out in a couple of days to fix my carpet.

+ 0 moreBlue Bird Carpet Cleaners arrived right on time and worked hard most of the day cleaning a large amount of flooring. They were very professional and reviewed their work when they were through, checking to see if I had any questions. I have used them in the past and they have always done a great job at a reasonable price.
Description of Work: Blue Bird cleaned 4 rooms of carpet and refinished the marble on the Master bath floor, shower floor, and 2 countertops. The carpet looks great and a couple of set in stains were removed. The marble floors and counters are white marble with grey and cream veining. The counters felt rough and had spots of discoloration that were buffed out and now look like new. The white grout in the flooring looked much cleaner and brighter, too.

+ -1 moreFrom start to finish I couldn't be happier. Carpet is now 90% clean of pet stains and the ones that are there are barely visible. No odors are left. Carpet repair and stretch helped to bring the carpet back to life.
Description of Work: BBCC is a true professional company. I have used them for years and they still surpirsed me with the last service. I just purchased a 6 bedroom house through a foreclosure and the carpests all had pet stains that had been there at least a year and smelled. They were able to get most of the stains out an the otheres you could barely see. The house smelled terrific and I moved in a few days later. They called before they arrived. A three man crew got the job done which included cleaning all the carpets (about 1700sq. ft) incld stairs, repaired a 6" sq section of carpet and stretched two sections. Fernando and BBCC are a class act. Call them at 702-645-7070
