Description of Work: Through a referral, I signed aboard with George Trombley of Blackbird Realty and Property Management back in 2009. Boy o boy, did I make the right choice. As a property owner for over 42 years, it was getting out of hand as I kept buying properties and I owned rentals in California and Nevada. George has taken the pressure off of me here in Las Vegas with his very well organized staff who respond immediately. As I continue to grow in this great real estate market, its still time to buy as I have been doing. George makes my life easier now by handling everything from A to Z for what I think is just a pittance on a monthly basis. He is very hi-tech and computerized and has his tenants always in the loop and in contact with them via phone or the internet. He even signs leases by using the internet service called docu-sign. And it never fails when you are on vacation that something happens and its happened to me many times. Now George takes the calls and I sleep well and never worry while on vacation or out of the country. As an ex-Air Force guy, he runs his office like the military. Responds to every call and request and takes care of business. If problems occur on a weekend, don't think he is closed because he is not. Blackbird is a 24/7 operation and service is what they do best. If you want someone to take you cares away if you are a property owner, George and his staff at Blackbird are the ones to call.
