It went very well. Syd was here for way over an hour but did not charge me any more than $75.00. There was 1 problem which stumped him and went back home to try to solve it and he will contact me when he gets the solution. Would highly recommend his services

I bought a new laptop and wanted to make sure all the content from my old laptop was transferred to new laptop. He helped me setup the printer. He consulted me on the router that I purchased. He helped me with the dashboard camera, and viewing everything on my PC. He helped me with many things in an hour and I am very happy with the service.

Syd was able to save my data, pictures etc and reinstall everything on a new computer that I brought to him. He went so far as to call the vendors for my password vault and security systems to get them downloaded and up and running again. Today is 4/6/15 and I'm sitting at my new computer typing this review. I am extremely pleased with his work, price and professionalism and would recommend him to anyone. If you have an issue with your computer call Syd!

I like him. I used them twice last year. He quietly does his work and if he has to stay a couple of hours it's still $75. I have recommended him to a couple of friends. He had to go back two or three times and he didn't over charge them. He is nice and he doesn't try to oversell anything. It was a good price.

He traveled many miles away to repair my PC and it is running faster than ever! He did a wonderful job with an excelletn repair so I would highly recommend him to anyone.

He was able to fix my computer within a couple of days. He installed a new antivirus software, and had to reinstall windows. He cleaned everything up, and was able to save the things I needed him to save. Syd kept me up to date on everything he was doing. He was punctual and polite, a very nice man. His price was also very reasonable. We also discovered that I had used him in the past to transfer vhs videos to cds. He did that very well too, and the price was also very reasonable. I will definately use Syd for any future video and computer needs.

See above. He was here an hour and a half approximately. It was just enough time to set up a new program and provide some training for me. Very pleasant person. It is always a good thing to write down what issues you have so they can be resolved at the time. Would definitely use his services again. Punctuality is a big thing with me and I was very pleased with that.

Syd is a very nice man. He spent a hour and a half cleaning some stuff off my computer. He educated me on some things about the computer and the internet.

The entire experience was outstanding. I met with Syd and explained to him I was concerned because the film was so old and I could not determine the actual quality of the film. Our computer was working just fine yesterday morning and then all of sudden it went black and no matter how we tried, could not get it up and running again. I could not get onto AngiesList.com for a recommendation but the day before had received a AngiesList booklet in the mail. We called Syd at BigShot Computer Services as recommended in the booklet. He came to our house the same day, and was unable to get it started again. It was taking forever to run diagnostic on it and Syd suggested he take the CPU home where he could continue the diagnostic. He found numerous problems, fixed them all, returning our CPU in working order. We are so grateful for his expertise, professionalism, and honesty. We will surely call Syd at BigShot Computer Service when needed and recommend him highly.

I recently contacted Big Shot Computer Service from Angie’s List for problems with my computer. I found Mr. Rabin to be very competent and professional. I was very pleased with the work he performed and I will certainly contact him again in the event of any future problems with my computer. I plan on having him come by later to show me how to do something on the computer.

He was great. I called Syd Sunday 6/9/13 at 7:00 PM and said I had a serious problem. He said he will come out by 9:00PM and help. YES IT WAS SUNDAY NIGHT. He fixed everything and answered all my questions.
