BEST CLEAN CARPET & UPHOLSTERY

I contacted Best Cleaners on a Monday morning to see if they could clean the carpets in my parents' home in short order. Evette answered the phone promptly and was able to get service scheduled for the next day. Jon was scheduled to come at 12 noon. Evette called at 11AM to advise me of a slight delay due to equipment problems. Jon arrived at 12:20P and was polite and attentive. He gave me a written estimate before proceeding with the work. He spent time in preparation, making sure drapes and furniture were protected. He did a thorough job with cleaning. The carpets looked like new, which was amazing, considering these were light vanilla-colored carpets. The work took about 3 hours, and Jon worked alone. As Jon was finishing up, I had a chance to meet Evette, who was just as nice in person as on the phone. I would highly recommend this small family owned business.
