Description of Work: After a completely unproductive and disappointing 6-month sales contract with another local real estate agent (Newkirk Realty), a new contract was initiated with Virginia Krieger of BHHS. Within 24 hours she had one offer, within a few days there were three. Virginia worked quickly and efficiently to make some repairs in advance of delisting the property. She was also very helpful in determining which bid was the best. The house closed without incident. Highly recommend Virginia!

+ -1 moreWe have had terrible experiences with real estate agents both buying and selling in the past. I am soured by this industry! However, we have a more than pleasant experience recently with our relocation. Danielle Hess, Vegas local, was assigned our account. We knew nothing of the area before our arrival and were time pressed and stressed. Danielle was professional, transparent, direct and a fabulous listener. She asked lots of questions and was able to preview, pre-screen and narrow our showings yet, still show us a range of areas and house types. She provided gentle guidance and remained patient. We asked a lot of questions and even went out on our own to view houses. Danielle was fast, responsive and efficient. I highly recommend Danielle if buying or selling. She will be straight with you and is a good negotiator but always mindful of her client's limits. She works really well with other agents & is respected which helps in getting appointments on short notice and closing a deal!
