I had some water damage at my house and was given Belfor construction as a reference from the insurance company. I contacted them and was able to make an appointment to have them take alook at the damage and evaluate the repairs. Matt from Belfor came to our house and took all the measurements. He seemed professional and told me that he had worked with my insurance company several times. Upon leaving he took my email promised an estimate that would be sent to me and the adjuster within a few days. After about a week and a half I called both him and the adjuster to see where we stood and he informed me that he had gotten very busy and that he would get something out in the next few days. After more than another week I called again adn got the same story. It has been more than 3 weeks and still nothing. Very disappointing as they have obviously put clients that called after me ahead of me. I can understand if they are too busy or have jobs they would rather do, but stringing me along is unacceptable. At this point I doubt I could trust them to do any work.
