A friend recommended Battle Born A/C and I found them to be prompt, courteous, and totally competent. They came early to a scheduled diagnosis of my broken A/C and figured out the problem quickly: burned out compressor. Their repair quote options were appropriate and competetive based on my research. Chris answered all questions to my satisfaction. I decided to replace the entire condenser assembly partially due to its age. They sourced the new unit and completed the work the next day. They showed up when they said they would, did the work they promised, and charged no more than their quote, even after discovering an addional faulty part which required replacement and additional labor. Two & a half hours after they showed up with the replacement unit, my house was chilled and comfortable again.
