BASSETT FURNITURE DIRECT OF LAS VEGAS

We purchased brand new furniture that was on sale but we ended up getting used furniture as part of a sectional. When the furniture was delivered, we got some new pieces but there were used pieces in the mix. We checked the furniture before it came in the house and rejected the pieces that were damaged or refurbished. On some of the pieces had been reupholstered and the stitches were crooked and there were actual candy and wrappers in the cushions. We decided to dispute the charges with our credit card. It took them from December until April when they finally sent us an acceptable piece. We finally kept the seventh piece since it was brand new, but I wouldn't want someone else to go through this again. They had horrible customer service. We would never buy from them again.

I have used this place several times in the past and were extremely pleased with their service but not this time. We actually had placed our order in the first week of November and they said it would be about 30 days to get our order in and have it delivered. Well it was finally delivered just two weeks ago. After calling them several times with very little response to our calls and when they finally did call they would just tell me that they hadn't heard anything yet from the manufacture. During the installation, they called me at work on my cell phone and I had to walk them through the installation. I was not impressed at the very least. They did give me a $100 credit towards my next purchase to try and pacify me.
