The sales rep is a photographer himself, and after listening to the type of photography I did, he gave me info on creating my own website. I was very please with the personal service.

 + -1 more)I had a problem that I thought was complex. My Nikon had a Nikon specific lens size. I was advised that I would have to go to Nikon for an adapter and so I could mount a filter on it. I contacted Nikon and got a bum steer from them. After giving Nikon customer service a bad survey result they contacted me (Nikon) with an apology and recommended that the item(s) I was looked for could be purchased on Amazon.com. The camera shop had good free advice. But I had problems dealing directly with Nikon.
Description of Work: Gave me guidance on the use of my Nikon camera(s). Very Professional and accurate advice at no charge.

 + -1 moreThey were very slow in getting back to me with the status of my camera. I had to call to find out the status. When I did pick my camera up, it was not in the same condition that I dropped it off in. The battery was missing and the flash and lens were extended and stuck in that position. I do not recommend this business.

Description of Work: The owner was honest and straightforward. Instead of sticking me with a large repair bill, he told me it was cheaper to buy a new camera with better quality than repair my old one. He showed me many cameras from the top of the line to the lowest with no pressure. spent a lot of time explaining questions and features. The only reason I didn't buy from him was because I could get the ones I liked over the internet.
