B REDDEN INC

Description of Work: We used the services of B REDDEN INC. We have a really big house. They power washed the whole house, its brick. We have a big porch area and two big walkways, they painted all that. They repainted and sealed the driveway. They painted the garage doors and patio cover. They repaired and painted all the concrete in our backyard around the pool. They repaired and painted some wood accents over the front door and on our side yard. We have natural rock planters in the front, they power washed and sealed all those. They repaired the drywall in the garage. The backyard patio is really big and curvy. They had to tie shrubs back. We also have alkali problems there with concrete. They fixed it and it has lasted a good 3-5 years, which is good. Even the concrete guy I contacted said the only way to solve it was to replace the whole slab. We have used them for 10 years. We have had them do all our interior and exterior painting. Our living room has a 40 foot high cathedral ceiling so they have to do scaffolding and all that. We couldn’t decide what color to use so they would paint large areas so that we could see how the color would look in the house.

Description of Work: Mr. Redden painted our living room, master bedroom and master bathroom. We have a thirty foot vaulted ceiling in our living room so scaffolding was required. All furniture was moved and protected. Window treatments were taken down when possible or covered and protected. The crew arrived on time every day and the work was completed on time with minimal disruption to our household. There were no "messes" for us to clean up. No damage occurred and furniture and window coverings were replaced correctly.
