Avella Maid Service

Avella had a large crew come to our house. It took them a long time, they complained, and they weren’t thorough. We had to hire another cleaning service to clean up the mess they left behind. I do not recommend this company for cleaning! Proceed at your own risk.

My house was in desperate need of a deep clean after we came back from a 12 day vacation to discover our 3 dogs and 3 cats had shed everywhere and our adult kids didn’t keep up with the chaos six animals can cause. Working 2 jobs myself and being a full time student, I didn’t have time to clean it the way I needed it to be cleaned. Kayla and Jane did a fantastic job! Pre-cleaning, the house looked like a week long college frat party had just finished. Post-cleaning, you can barely tell we have animals. My initial request was for a single clan but my husband and I are more talking about having them come more frequently. 10/10 recommend!

The two gals that came to the house were punctual, professional, went above the call of duty, and did a great job. Our place is new and still had a lot of dust from the initial build. They came in and got it super clean. Look forward to having you all back again.

Excellent; initially, we hit a few bumps and the owner of the company, Josh, is EXTREMELY approachable and reachable and responds promptly. We chatted, decided on a plan and he sent a new team of cleaners (my house was too big for just the 1 cleaner) and results were great. The ladies that come are always a familiar face, which is important to me - I don't like having a new team every time - and they pay attention to detail. This is without a doubt a family-owned business and I will always support family owned business and this company and their teams work hard to deserve the 5-star review!
