5 stars, hands down. Bonnie helped me select and purchase a great condo in a great part of the Las Vegas area. All aspects of the process were handled quickly and professionally. Great communication, quick and courteous replies. She negotiated a better deal for a few repairs that were needed, and is even coordinating the repairs from her vast network, which includes only the best. I have also used Avalon/Oaktree for about the past 3+ years to manage another condo I own, and they have been the best. I went through two agencies before Avalon/Oaktree, and was very fortunate to be found by Bonnie's wonderful service, resulting in peace of mind with my investments. Having benefitted from both the realty as well as the property management sides of Avalon/Oaktree, I can honestly say that their service and team have been wonderful. I have already referred them to my friends and associates, and will continue to do so. Thanks again Bonnie, and everyone at Avalon/Oaktree!

Avalon Realty and Oaktree Management provide exceptional property management services for property owners. Their approach to managing properties is very thorough. They spent a lot of time up front to make sure that the properties were in good condition and document the condition of the property so that it can be brought back to like condition after each tenant moves on with the tenant paying for any damaged items that are not normal wear and tear. They thoroughly screen all tenants and reject many of the tenants that based on their experiences could be problematic during the term of the lease. Since I am a remote property owner, I needed to have a management group that could handle all of the issues and would communicate with me regarding expenses and issues. Avalon Realty and Oaktree Management are the best property management group I have worked with and I feel confident that the properties that they manage for me will be market ready in the event that I need to sell them. I would highly recommend Avalon Realty and Oaktree Management for any property owner needing property management services in Las Vegas.

It started off like business as usual. She explained everything on how it was going to work. She then hires her own landscapers ect. Those people show up and wanted to charge 3 times the normal cost of the service they would provide. This is farce because either A: they don't know what they are doing and are too inept. or B: She gets big kick backs from all this and makes more money off of you on the other end. I am going to go with both. So the price she quotes you is a lie. If you chose these clowns be sure you know this going into it. So when we announced we would hire our own people she then acted like an angry baby and copped an attitude. So we fired her. Anyone in the business world knows it's never personal so don't take it personal or act like a baby. Behave like an adult be professional. The customer is always right. After all we hire you we can fire you and in this economy be thankful you have a job. Nothing is worse than someone who takes this for granted. My advice save yourself the grief and money and hire someone who knows how to do things and will keep their personal baggage at home not to the work place.

This is an ongoing arrangement, since 2012 and all services are excellent.

I continue to use their service. I am very satisfied with their "hands on" approach.

CourtI have interviewed two other property managers and in my mind this company could provide all the services that I needed at a reasonable cost. They are professional and well versed in all of the property laws. They performed a very detailed property inspection and suggested what items should be repaired. They had those items repaired and took care of the payment of those repairs. They then sent us an itemized statement with a copy of the bills that the vendors had supplied. They have really made renting a property in Las Vegas worry free for us and we live 2000 miles away.

After seeing a relatively higher rating on this company on Angie's List (although there is only a limited listing on Angie's List), I called to discuss my need of property management services and was directed to Laura Barberini (sp ?). She was very eager and gave me a lengthy speech about the many staffs she has and VERY defined duties for each staff and proceeded to provide me with her fees, which is relatively on a higher side in comparison to others. However, I was willing to consider the company since it had higher rating on Angie's list. There were some fee terms that I wanted to negotiate further and she said that she would check with her broker and get back with me. Nothing...no return phone call or follow-up. This is a negative indication personally for me. I guess they don't want new client.

A couple of months ago, I had the good fortune to be referred to Avalon Realty & Oaktree Mangement by my real estate agent. After working with Laura, Bonnie, and their staff for the last several months on various projects regarding my properties, and most recently a horrendous flooding issue, I have a new found respect for these individuals. Avalon Realty & Oaktree Management is extremely honest, professional, and their response to calls and emails is most timely. Recently, I had to contact Laura Barberini and the office staff multiple times over a 3-week period. Every call was handled with courtesy, attention to detail, and an urgency that was needed for my situation which involved flooding. I was truly impressed by how quickly Laura and her staff jumped into action after a tenant call regarding 2 inches of water throughout my home. Not only did she resolve ALL issues with the tenant as a result of the flooding, but by her prompt attention to the situation, she saved me thousands of dollars in rebuilding costs. It is not an exaggeration to say that Laura, Bonnie, Lori and her crew worked around the clock to put my house back in order before the tenant returned from vacation. I am, and will continue to be, truly grateful to Avalon Realty & Oaktree Management for treating my home like their home. I felt so helpless being hundreds of miles away, but due to Laura, Bonnie and the staff keeping me continually updated and informed regarding potential costs, they saved me thousands of dollars. I appreciate their honest and direct approach to addressing any and all situations that arose. If you want an honest, reliable, and trustworthy property management team, you would be foolish with your time and money not to first speak with Laura and Bonnie. I?m glad I did as they saved me much time and money with their skill and expertise in property management. I cannot stress enough How pleased I was with this company. Originally I hired them to rent out my rental after the last property manager I had didnt do a good job. They immediately gave me quotes on how much it would cost to get it rent ready. I eventually decided to sell the property and they were able to handle that as well.. Short sales can be very time consuming and require a lot of work. Bonnie was on top of things from start to finish, keeping me posted whenever necessary. They were able to list the property and found a buyer within a couple of weeks. There professionalism was the best I have ever experienced from a property manager. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of these services. It is so hard to find a good property and they answered the call!

Have had only one week of interaction but have chosen them for management of my rental property. Update - 3/5/2012 They were outstanding. If it weren't for them, I probably would not have a tenant. I can't say enough about them.

As always they were punctual in addressing my needs. They are always there to help when there is an issue.

They are excellent. It is a brokerage on property management on rental. I interacted with them yesterday. It's an ongoing thing and it's under a year agreement. They manage the entire property management profit.

The microwave stopped working all of a sudden. I called Avalon and before I knew it, a hardware store contacted me to tell me they had ordered the oven. Within a week or two, the oven was installed. They are the greatest!

When I tell them that there is something that is in need of repair, I only have to pick up the phone. If I am in the office, all I have to do is tell them what is in disrepair and a work order is immediately issued. Not is it only submitted but, within 48 hours a service person is calling to make an appointment at my convience. I would and will recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy, sell or rent a home. They are AAA!
