I was very upset that I could not reach Ash (the guys name)...30 day warranty did not mean anything to him.
Description of Work: Snaked the drain...the service was guaranteed for 30 days...drain backed up again....phoned the guy and could not reach him...had to phone another company.

Ash has done a few jobs for us, therefore, we had on quams about calling him back. He came over to give us our estimate. We called a few days later with the start date. He came over to adjust the shower pipes, he found a small leak and reinstalled all the pipes in our shower. He returned a few days later, to install the fixtures in the shower. A few days after that he came over to install the tub in the other bathroom and begin the installation of the fixtures. When the tile installers were finished, he returned to finish the installation of the fixtures.
Description of Work: Installed shower and tub fixtures, tub and adjust pipes. Ash worked around our tile installers, to get the job done, without any trouble at all.
