 + -1 moreWe like Auto Zone, they were very helpful. They are very helpful. They put me onto a very good mechanic that we have been using ever since. He is a very young man, charges very reasonably. We are very delighted with them. They've done everything we've asked from them plus more.
Description of Work: We last used Auto Zone today. Today we just got some screws for the license plate but earlier this month my husband got brakes for the car from them.

Description of Work: These guys were great AND SPECIFICALLY MICHALE! My car would intermittently not start. Taught it was the alternator or battery. I pulled in, Michael came out with professional test equipment. Tested everything, all was good. He identified that the battery terminals were very corroded and suggested this was the problem. The best thing about them was that they then gave me the the tools, Battery Post Cleaner tool, Post cleaner spray, and paper towels! to solve my problem. They offered to do the work at no charge! The store manager came out and checked and I was back on the road in 30 min. No Charge!!! I offered a tip/fee to Michael and he said no!! Not their company policy. AutoZone all the way!!!
