 + -1 moreThey are an HOA company. They overcharge for groundskeeping which is shoddy. They do not care about the transient kids that hang out in the common area. They do nothing to enforce the kids in the common area. They put up some great signs that go largely ignored by the troublemaking kids. They refuse to address the large house that holds large parties that create an unbelievable amount of noise that is irritating to the entire neighborhood that they are supposed to take care of. They tried to crack down on speeding in their areas. They put a speed bump on the corner!! This did absolutely nothing for slowing down speeders and only wasted money that was collected from the tenets in their area of responsibility. Also if you happen to move out of your house and you do not have a renter they will harass you until you waste your money to upkeep your gardening and make you keep power on to your house even if you live overseas. All in all, they dont perform any services but have a lady in a white car to come around and count the weeds in your yard.
