Friendly , courteous experience from the moment I set up the appointment. Irvin was great.!Called me when my Murano was ready, told me the fluids were also checked and said I did not need to replace trani fluid for another 10,000 miles. Gave me an estimate for battery replacement before work done( Very Reasonable) Quick, Easy, Convenient.

We've had several different family cars serviced by these guys and they are always knowledgeable, respectful and considerate of your time AND costs!!! Highly recommended.

I entrusted them with my 1988 classic Supra Turbo. Not only did they do what I took the car in for, they also - on finding out that I needed the service in order to get my car registration for the year -- had the folks next door to them get it smog checked for me. They also knew that I was trying to find a reliable car washing service and since they had one associated with them, they just had them come to their shop and detail the car for me so everything got done at once, saving me a lot of time. Really, who goes out of their way these days to do extras like that? This is not the first time I've been there and they always to good work and treat me well. Their people are great. Starting with Kathy, who is a treasure: a kind, considerate, knowledgeable, bend-over-backwards to give you the most superior service ever person. But everyone there seems to go the extra mile and then extend that to the extra ten miles. Excellent is not a good enough word to describe Asian Imports. Oh yeah, and they do great work on cars, too.

Excellent service. I need a honest auto shop as I own 4 cars. I always recommend Asia Imports. They do not lie cheat or make up stuff to swindle you out of your money. I shall always return in the future if necessary. Jim and Kyle run an honest shop. I don't know a lot about cars. They opt for my long-term business -- which they now have! When I brought the car in, BEFORE EVEN LOOKING AT THE CAR, he identified the ones the dealership was probably wrong about. Then he personally spent an hour poking around in the car, and told me there wasn't anything wrong with it. I talked to several of his employees. They all seemed knowledgeable and friendly. Once I was stuck without a ride and the picked me up to get my car.

I went to Asian Imports for lack of power steering and a leak. They diagnosed the problem as needing a rack and pinion assembly. They advised me to leave the car there so as not to damage the 'punp'. I left if with them to be worked on 2 days later on Monday. They also performed major service on the vehicle. After picking up my car and being told that it was a good car and eveything checked out perfectly, I noticed that it drove more like a car that needs major service done, rather than one that had just had this task completed. It made a whining noise. I also noticed that they had input the wrong mileage on the bill by 2000 miles in their favor for this warranty work on the steering. There were also greasy handprint marks on the tan cloth ceiling. i immediatlly returned. They changed the mileage in the computer and attempted to remove the grease. Unable to, they advised I return the next day and they would obtain a better cleaner. Next day grease was removed, but I had noticed the air bag hazard light was now on. They told me to return the following Monday or Tuesday and they would check it out, as well as the whining noise when driving. After a 2-3 hour inspection I was told that the car needed an 'airbag spring'. As' I was such a good customer' he would replace it for the cost of the part only, which was $399.oo, I expressed my concern about the airbag as it was not a problem when I initially dropped the car off. He stated the parts can wear out at any time...'it was probably just a coincidence' that it happened while being serviced. He stated the whining noise was from the steering pump, but the car was still safe to drive. He stated the car would eventually drive better as it needed to 'reset' itself after being serviced. I walked away from his great service deal on the airbag. It may be a coincidence, but I truly question the business ethics there. Their finished product was sloppy and leaves a lot of doubts regarding the safety of this car in my mind. 05/15/2015. 1400 miles later and total 5 visits to this company for the initial problems ..the car is driving fine. Maybe the car needed to reset itself. The company tried hard to remedy the problems and now that I am not having to visit them every week feel better about them. I would use them again because they were so accommodating in trying to resolve the issues. Perhaps they brought in a different mechanic to fine tune the problems.

My Honda was giving off a ?check engine light? code that via google, I determined was a secondary or downstream 02 sensor. Not a big deal. I have changed them in the past but due to the heat, I wasn?t up to crawling under the car myself. As my wife gets off her job at 5:00pm we hustled over to Asian Auto Repair to deliver the car prior to their 5:30 closing time. I had seen a few nice reviews online and based on those, plus the fact that they are convenient to home, I decided to take the car into have them look at it. Walking into their Charleston office at 5:20 was a strange experience. I stated the issue with the vehicle and the man behind the desk turned.. looked at the clock.. and unsmilingly said something to the effect ?well I?ll have to reopen the register if you want to leave it?. Wow ok sorry to make you do that but I?m in a jam (said to self). After that bizarre welcoming, we left the car. My wife and I laughed after we drove off at the thought of someone with a business projecting that grim attitude. I asked her if it was just me misreading and she said unequivocally ?uh no, what was his deal?? In the day following we heard back from one of the warm fuzzy folks at Asian. He stated that the o2 sensor was fine. Everything checks out and that in his opinion we needed to take the car into Honda to have them re-flash the computer. So I pay $105.00 for them to tell me I need to take the car somewhere to have it repaired. Hmmm. Oh and before you go we would recommend you service the transmission with us ($200.00+) and oh that engine mount I think it was (I zoned out at this point), we can do for I think it was a cool $900 or so. So wait, a thousand bucks and then take it to someone else who will need to fix the real problem? I called a few specialist Honda shops in the area to get their take on the diagnosis. They all expressed reservations on the recommended re-flash fix. One said ?well I suppose that?s possible but I seriously doubt it?. That comment came from the Honda dealership by the way. That was 500 miles ago. After I went ahead and changed the sensor myself with a genuine Honda sensor. (The one I replaced was a Bosch). No codes since. First off I understand anybody can make a mistake i.e. a misdiagnosis, that is not my major complaint. Rather it was the extremely cold reception and the total lack of any concern whatsoever. We turned to them as professionals-willing to pay to help us out. I had to just shake my head with a grin after he took my money without so much as a thank you or a ?have a nice day?. I left $105.00 poorer but wiser. Have a couple of beers on a sucker gentlemen. Oh and have a nice day.

Called and set an appointment for 1:00 pm. I arrived right at the appointed time. At 1:20 pm the manager came to me and said that the exhaust was OK but that I had a "soft" return fuel line that was leaking. By 2:30 pm I was on my way, completely satisfied. This was my first visit to Asian Imports Auto Repair - it won't be my last!!! They were prompt, honest, reasnoable and professional.

I used them because they were on Angie's List. I used to go to the dealership so I looked them up on Angie's List and said why don't I give it a try, so I did. Whatever they told me was wrong, I was sure it was wrong. The prices seem reasonable and they do the work in the time frame that they said they would. They drop me off at home when I left the car there and I have no complains at all. I thought they were very nice.

I waited while they diagnosed the problem and was told upfront the cost of repairs. My car now runs even better. Before it was lacking acceleration, now its has a little more power. I plan on using them again if I need to.

They squeezed me in on no notice, found and fixed the rattle and alerted me to several other items. They were fast, friendly, and reasonable.

Took my car in right away (I had called that day and made an appointment for later in the afternoon), oil change was completed quickly, in about 20 minutes. I received a thorough report of my car's condition, including brake wear, tire status, fluid levels, etc. The mechanic and front-desk person answered all my questions satisfactorily. I take my car to Asian Imports regularly and I've never had a problem; they've always been extremely professional, knowledgeable, and willing to help. They use only OEM parts and pay their mechanics well, so the price they charge is quite fair - and still cheaper than many mechanics in Las Vegas. I highly recommend Asian Imports!

The leak was worse after we got the car back. It was not fixed. They also set up the contract so that there was no guarantee of fixture and they wanted me to spend more money to replace the gasket after they unsuccessfully did the first repair. That would have been another $300.

I have used Asian Imports for my autos (Lexus and Honda) for over ten years. They are honest, and their prices are good (they are not always the cheapest for every type of service but I have found their rates to be reasonable and competitive). I've had no problems with any work they have done for me.

The people were pleasant and the work was done on time, but I thought they were a little expensive for their service, so I went to another mechanic in the area.

The service was fine, but I thought they were pretty expensive. They did what they said they were going to do and did a good job with the repair. They gave us an estimate some other work we needed done, but we found another mechanic that was able to do the job at a less expensive price. Their hourly rate is more expensive than other mechanics in the area.

I’ve been going there for many years and I was quite satisfied with them overall. They’ve been good to work with, but I think they might’ve changed employees, since now the personal aspect of the company isn’t as great as it was before. The people at the front desk that make the appointments aren’t as helpful as they were in the past. Their work, however, is good.

Brought the car in at the time scheduled. The work was estimated for completion in 45 minutes and was done in an hour. Short, sweet and satisfied!

Made an appointment ahead. They completed my oil change and 30 point inspection within 45 minutes. They were very nice and I feel comfortable taking my cars there so far.

I called and made an appointment for routine service. The owner was very conscientious in noting my requests. I was taken right on time, and it turned out that the things I was worried about being a problem were fine, but I did have a bad battery that I was unaware of. It was the original battery in my 2006 Subaru, which I mistakenly thought I'd replaced last year, but it was my daughter's car that I'd had done. I am very thankful that I did not end up getting stranded in this desert heat! I was very pleased with their service and professionalism.

I got new tires for my car and had an alignment performed by Asian Imports. Although there really isn't much interaction to describe and request an alignment after new tires (as opposed for service to due any issue like pulling) their service was prompt and they were courteous. The price could've been a bit more competitive (got a quote for $10 less on a few occasions), nonetheless I ultimately decided to go with AI due to their reputation found here on Angie's list.
