My experience with ASAP Security has been GREAT! Everything went smoothly in setting up our home security system and the after service has been exceptional. Our cats set off our alarm and the response time was amazing from their 24/7 monitoring service. My family and I feel safe and secure with the ASAP home security system in place.

This is the second time my house has been robbed in the last 10 months. The last time, the morning after the robbery... while my wife and I are: - in the middle of having repairs done to the house so we can sleep again at night - securing our identity - completing additional police reports - working with the insurnace company - begging for more time off work without negative repercussions - keeping our young children as isolated from the event as possible - et cetera Multiple ADT vedors, including Jorge Reyes of ASAP Security, knocked on our door. The loss of time with these salesmen was frustrating within 24 hours of home invasion. However, the predatory practice of stopping by the very next morning to take advantage of the mindset shift caused by a break-in is unsavory at best and much closer to unethical. It can best be described as poaching on the fears of a recent crime vicitm for financial gain. If any security person or company wanted to help a recent victim, they'd do less intrusive methods of solicitation, like mail. FAST FORWARD 10 MONTHS Yesterday my house was broken into (again) and this morning, the same ADT representative - Jorge Reyes of ASAP Security - used the identical predatory, unsavory, and unethical practice to attempt to sell me a "service". When I spoke with the customer service department at ADT corporate about this poor business practice performed in their name, I was advised they had no "control" over the dealers and would "inform the dealer" of my "concern". This was also wholly unacceptable practice in this scenario. I cannot strongly enough state how much I would never, ever recommend a business that uses these tactics on people that have just been thru a home invasion. Nor would I reward this proactice with any money, ever. I do have a home security system. It is not ADT, specifically because the franchises in Las Vegas and ADT corporate do not correct this unethical behavior.
