Almost as soon as I hung up after leaving a short voicemail, George, who has an absolutely wonderful personality, was returning that call to me. I explained what I needed, he impressed me with his knowledge, and we booked an appointment. They arrived on time, surveyed the situation, and we agreed on a price. Not only did George and Matt do a fantastic job getting my spa sparkling clean and ready to use, but also George took his time in explaining how my spa works and how I should maintain it. I am confident that I will be a steady customer of ASAP Pool Service from now on.

I just moved into a new house. I had a lot of quotes and other offers. I decided not to go with them. I got a better quote from somewhere else. Like I said, they gave me a quote and I do not go for their offer. Their price was high.

No call back no show for appointment and no call after the appointment to say sorry they had problems. We were going to use him but now got 2 quotes from other companies for a lot cheaper and they included cleaning the filters. Stay away from this company.

It costs $125.00 per month. Yes, we plan on using this company in the future.

They have worked out pretty well for me. They were willing to take new clients when others were not. Their price was reasonable for what I needed them to do. I was in a bind because my other pool guy quit and they were willing to start right away.

We just started with them and they are very, very good. They have been in business for a long time. The guy we use is George and he is an excellent person. So far he has done a great job. He knows what he is doing and everything is looking great. The price is quite reasonable and we pay monthly. Our area is complicated because we have waterfalls, huge spas and rivers; it's not just a pool. He is very pleasant and knowledgeable. He comes when he says he will. He does a lot of neighbors on my street. He has been out 3 times.

When George, the owner, does the work it is excellent. He has hired some young men who do not clean the filter, nor did they alert me that the filter basket was broken allowing leaves and debris to build up inside my motor. These are things I was not aware of. My solar service man alerted me that the pump was operating at about 25% capacity and discovered the gunk built up in the motor and the broken basket. When he tried to open the filter it was stuck and had not been opened or cleaned in a very long time. These are things I did not think I had to check. When ASAP decided to raise their rates 25%, there was no advance notice, no warning, no note, no call just a much higher bill without explanation. I thought it was an error and sent in the usual fee. I got an overdue notice.

ASAP has been doing this service for me for about seven years. They have always done a wonderful job; I never have any complaints. They are very consistent when it comes to their work. I usually have someone different coming every time; but, every person that has ever come to the house has always been great. I never come across anyone who does not perform well. I will continue to use ASAP for many years to come. The pricing is also good and I pay them on a monthly basis.
