The entire process went well. Our installation was performed during a rush of other pools being constructed so there was more downtime between construction phases than I anticipated. Any issues that came up were resolved by Wade very quickly. Hit caliche at six feet, had to pay extra in cash for that but I was told this might happen upfront. Crews were good people, and they maintained a clean workspace. The only issue I had was the time it took to complete the install, but that was manageable considering the work was being performed correctly.

From the first dirt excavation through each phase of building and decorative design, all the workers were experienced, busy and friendly. They asked for approvals on specific items.

What a great overall experience. From the moment I first spoke with Wade to the moment we were able to step foot into our new pool was a fantastic journey. Being a first time pool buyer and having zero experience with purchasing a pool one would think it would be a very nerve racking experience. However, that was furtherest from the truth. I could tell I could trust Wade right from the beginning. His personality, his experience in the industry, and a great reference from our neighbor simply put my mind at ease and I knew I was in great hands. Wade was really able to help guide us every step of the way. He took our thoughts and ideas and used his years of experience to design the exact pool we were looking for. There was never any high pressure sales put upon us to steer us into expensive and unnecessary upsells. We were presented all kinds of different ideas from pool size and shape, to the flooring type and filter size. We received explanations on the pros and cons on everything and without much knowledge to pull from, it was very comforting to have such great trust in Wade. During the entire process we were constantly kept in the loop on progress and given very helpful training once the pool was completed. In the end, Wade felt more like a friend than a contractor. Even three to four months after the completion, we still keep in contact. I can't express enough how great it was to work with Artistic Pool and every chance I get I ensure I mention their name to anyone interested in purchasing a pool.

From start to finish he was on top of the project. The constriction people were very conscientious that at all times our yard was left clean when they left ch evening. They I explained each step of the project as they started. From start to finish he had our pool built in about 8 weeks considerably less than neighbors who used three companies. We have had a steady stream of neighbors who are planning a pool coming down to see the pool we had put in. Most all have said they love all the attention to detail we got from Artisitc Pools. Our contractor worked wonderfully with our landscaper and the person putting in our patio cover. They all worked to achieve our beautiful backyard. We got a salt pool with automatic control system and solar panels. There have been a few minor issues but they have been resolved promptly and professionally. We are so glad we chose Artisitc Pools. An in ground pool is a large investment and we are very glad we picked such a professional company to do our job.

Every meeting we had with Wade was extremely professional, and he was always on time for our meetings. Personal issues came up that prevented us from following through with the pool installation, and again Wade was extremely professional and understanding during this difficult time. I HIGHLY recommend Artistic Pool and Spa, especially Wade, for any pool and spa installation. Can't ask for a better person to do business with.

I spoke with Ron the owner of Artistic Pool and Spa. I spoke with him for about 15 minutes and he answered all of my questions that I had about the pool building process. I asked him about the salt water pools and if they build them. He said that they do and then he proceeded to give me more information than I expected. He told me about the Variable speed pumps and that there is a larger expense upfront but it will save money and more than pay for itself. He also told me about the spray deck acrylic that they do. He was very professional and a great overall pleasure to speak with. I will definitely be using them in the future for my pool building.
