Artistic Iron Works

Description of Work: Ordered gates from them October last year. They said 7-10 days. It took them 14 days and a lot of unfriendly customer service when questioned about when will the gates be delivered. I even talked to David who I think is the manager and he was very unapologetic. Having the gates installed was a pain since they give you a time frame, you wait all morning as scheduled and they come lunch time. I asked them about my free bird bath which was advertised on the magazine and they said yes but never gave me one. Gate would not lock properly after a some months and as usual when they say they would come from 10am to 12pm bec I am supposedly the first customer for the day, they came after 12pm. I absolutely regret dealing with them.

Description of Work: Ok, here's the "skinny" on the install...... Wife and I decided to visit the main showroom on Charleston Blvd in Las Vegas. Wow!, they DO have a selection to choose from. We found the exact rod iron fence and gate that we had been looking for. We had searched for the past 2 months looking and even knocking on doors of homeowners who had rod iron gates only to be told they were installed by " """ " And there was not price savings either ! That's when we made the decision to check Angies list and saw Artistic Iron works. After making our selection and buying a few other "accessories" they said it would be about 7 to 10 days. It was 7 days and the guys showed up as scheduled. Two young men from the company and they were very courteous and got the work done within a couple of hours. They were very professional in their work ethics and mannerism . Bottom line.... They may not be the cheapest but they do d*** good work and I highly recommended Artistic Iron works. Rick

Description of Work: This company was very helpful and professional. Work was done in a timely matter and very neat and clean.

Description of Work: We purchased two(2) security doors from their display of models. They were made on time, installed on time and look beautiful. We are very happy with their work and would use them again.. Roland Weinstein

Description of Work: Our neighbor has hired Artistic Iron to attach wrought iron to a shared wall and did not advise they are doing so. I contacted Dave the General Manager @ Artistic Iron to find out procedure and if this can be done without adjoining property owners consent. His comment was I am hired by the property owner. I don't care if the wall is on your side their side or down the middle. I was hired by the owner to put up the fencing. I feel he should have been more responsive to my concerns. Even if this is allowed without my consent I think Dave should taken the time to explain this to me. A responsible business person hoping to get additional business would have taken the time to talk to me rather than just blow me off.

Description of Work: We love our doors, were disappointed in the amount of time it took to have them installed. Were told we didn't have to be home for installation but luckily we were home and it was necessary for us to be here.
