We designed the gate and also an iron window covering. We had the opportunity to view the work in their factory. We were totally pleased and then they installed it. Excellent job!

I had very positive results with them. It was very well done and exactly what we wanted. They designed it and followed the design perfectly. Their price was fair. I have recommended them.

i just inquire and found out the only way i need my security door is custom made...so i have no choice and decided to go with artistic...the job is fine..and on time.

After viewing doors at the popular big box stores we checked Angie's list and selected Artistic Iron Works. After selecting the doors we wanted we were told they would measure our site for the doors and they would be ready to be installed within 10-14 days. They were and they did. We are happy with the professionalism displayed through the whole process. One minor gripe. They were supposed to call us the day before to tell us the door was going to be installed. We did not get the call, although we did receive a short unintelligible phone call that might have been them. Otherwise everything else was great. Kudos to Victor and the installment crew.

The first project, which included two pedestrian gates and a sliding drive gate, took about two weeks and the result was acceptable, although there was some unevenness of the pickets. The installation was excellent. Feeling comfortable that this company could deliver a product with reasonable quality, I contracted for the second phase. This time, however, the results were quite poor. The pickets were so uneven, the top of the fence looked wavy, the welds were messy and s*** was everywhere. I complained and a crew came out to cut and grind down the tops of some of the pickets. They also wanted to grind out the s***, but I resisted because it would have destroyed the powder coating. There were also lots of scratches and abrasions that had to be touched up. Finally, the crew that installed the second fence was less expert than the the one for the first fence. The end result is that the first fence looks fairly decent but the second is only marginally acceptable. If you use this company, you need to be alert to poor quality fabrication. Check out the fencing material carefully before the install and send it back if necessary. Apparently, management does not emphasize quality control nor supervision of the welders. If you are lucky enough to get one of their better welders, good;otherwise, you will not be satisfied. For installation, ask for Jesse. He is responsible and has pride in his work.

As promised--on time visits, at the estimated cost. The crew who did the work was polite, professional and a pleasure to work with.

I would have to say that overall.....a major disappointment for me. I guess by taking the lowest bid I got exactly what I paid for...even though it seemed that $4000.00 plus was already quite a bit to do this job.

We visited their showroom, chose the gate style that we liked and they scheduled a date to come measure the opening. The salesperson was very helpful and assisted us in the design and color that we were looking for. The worker who came to measure was all business - quick and efficient. About 2 weeks after taking our order in the showroom, Artistic workers came out to install our new gate. The gate was exactly what we had in mind and looks great. The two workers who installed it were a bit messy and didn't take great pride in their work. I contacted Artistic and they immediately made arrangements for someone to come back and touch up the paint ''mishaps'' on the gate. Overall, we are very pleased with this company and their craftsmanship.

I chose a door and decorative elements at their showroom. Lou, the representative, was helpful and knowledgeable, explained options and costs thoroughly and without pressure. Signed the contract at the showroom; three days later our door was measured and we chose colors. Two days after that workmen arrived and installed the door. Before leaving they cleaned the area, touched up the door where paint had scraped off during installation, and left us with two cans of touch up paint. We love our door. A professional, satisfying job.

It went well. The materials took longer to complete than anticipated, but were installed in a timely manner upon arrival. The staff from sales to installation were professional and helpful. They came back when the work was not to my complete satisfaction and redid/made modifications as needed until I was satisfied. The gate looks great and performs perfectly to my specifications.

They really roll out the red carpet for their customers. We had a professional artist come right to our house, and do drawings for us. This made it a great deal easier to get an idea of what the fence would look like. The crew did a superb job, not only putting up the fence but making sure our yard was immaculate after they finished. The fence is true artwork, and it creates a secure feeling as well.

Artistic Iron Works did good work on my gate and windows. They were very courteous and were here on time. The materials they used were good and we have had no problems with it. We were very satisfied with this company.

Working with their personnel was enjoyable, and easy. They helped us select the type of fence, and also let us choose the artistic design. The workmen were careful to avoid stepping on any of our plants during the installation, and finished the project in only a few hours. The gate can be opened up manually with a key, or by remote control from the safety of our house. It also adds to the appearance of the front yard.
