Description of Work: I reached out multiple times to set up an estimate. I was told to photograph which I did. Then I was asked to measure and draw up the dimensions. This is why I had asked to have someone come do this. I'm a working individual and I'm not going to do their job for them. Then I was told regardless if I decide to use them or not the person who does the estate still gets paid. I reached out three times after that I was done! Obviously they did not want my business.

Description of Work: I called them to explain I lost the contact info I had for another artificial turf company. That former turf company had begun a job; they cut my turf to look for an underground leak-leak was not there. There was a hole there, ever since we moved in and it was getting bigger, caused by the underground leak. The former company was going to bring the chat in to fill the hole and repair their cut. As I never heard back from them, I called Artificial Turf. When I explained we waited two months and nothing from the first company, we filled in the hole with chat and wanted this company to seal the turf. He said sure, his rate was about $250-$275/hour. I said fine, its a 15 minute job, or less to seal it. He said he charged the entire hour. I said that's ridiculous for a max of 15 minutes, he said too bad its full hour price. We didn't use this service and sealed it, ourselves. It looks bad, but I'm not paying between $250-$275 (I can't remember which price he told me) for a 5-15 minute job.
