Description of Work: Sunguard came on the day before painting was to begin, to power wash the house, and make stucco repairs. |The crew was here bright and early the next day, and taped up exposed areas, then began painting. |What a great team of guys! Description of Work: They contacted me regarding a quote, got my address and never followed up. I sent correspondence asking for the quote and never received a quote. |I rate an F because I believe they failed in every category because of the poor performance - prior to submitting an estimate or quote.

Description of Work: They laid cement pad in backyard and sidewalk around the house from front to backyard. I was very satisfied with them except I have a few issues that I wanted them to remedy and they kept saying they were coming but never showed up. I have to hire someone else to finish what they should have done.

Description of Work: They extended my back patio and set up a drain to the front, extend my porch by the front door, extended my driveway. They adjusted my gate to fit about the concrete.

Description of Work: We needed to re-route the kitchen sink drainage direct to outside pipe..they dug 14 inch trench through kitchen floor, garage and drive way and, going the "extra" across the yard to the main sewer pipe. They were really great... taking pains to do it right, do it on time, and finishing the job with great care to leave the kitchen floor ready for new tile.

Description of Work: Produced about a 400 square foot basic concrete pad in my backyard for a small B-ball court. Also built an 140 square foot painted stamped concrete pad for lawn furniture in my backyard. All the work at this point appears to be excellent and if I need more concrete work in the future, I would go to this company first.

Description of Work: Removed the existing curb and sidewalk and installed driveway in it's place. Would recommend to close friends.

Description of Work: Did show for appointment after contacting by phone and text. I waited for scheduled appointment and they never even had the respect to contact me and change appointment I will never contact them again.

Description of Work: removed and poured new cncrete next to kool deck.ground old kool deck off, and are coming back to re do kool deck on entire area.

Description of Work: Built the concrete foundation for a 24 x 36 detached garage. The job went well, on time, as per the contract.

Description of Work: The first half of the job is complete, the concrete. Just the pavers left to complete. So far the quality is excellent. His pricing is very competitive and quality is excellent. I will definitely use Arteaga's again in the future for my concrete and pavers projects.

Description of Work: I had a small job that many companies wouldn't even touch and I can't say that I blame them. However, Mr Arteaga said he would be happy to help me and I am happy with his work.

Description of Work: Had two concrete slabs replaced in driveway due to tree roots lifting concrete. Entire crew were on-board with every aspect of this job...from removing the cornet, to taking out the tree roots, to pouring and leveling the new slabs. Very professional and personable. The owner, Efrim, took the time to explain the procedure involved. I highly recommend this business and, in the future, if the need arises for additional work......they will be my first choice.

Description of Work: Removed concrete from entry, courtyard & walkway, relocated sprinkler valves, installed new boxes for valves, water shutoff & sewer cleanouts. Saw cutoff 20 ft x 4" from rear walkway, ground Down high spots on front driveway. Poured, stamped, colored and double sealed 600 plus sq ft of new concrete and poured 8" x 8" curbing around two planter areas (stamped and colored and sealed). Also ran drain pipes from two gutter down spouts under the concrete and away from the house. |All work was on time and we'll done . Arteaga has their own concrete mixing trucks, so there is no worry or rush from a concrete delivery provider. Everyone compliments us on our new front yard.

Description of Work: These guys are AMAZING! On time each time they came out, priced very reasonably, and absolutely beautiful work. Hired them for a second job right after the first since they impressed me so much. Highly recommend !
