+ -1 moreThe first time I went to their location was in May, looked at samples of rock panels for an interior wall. I asked for a price from them on two different products. I was told I would be emailed or called very soon. After a few days I called and asked the woman if she had a price yet. Nothing yet because another woman who worked there left the company. Same or similar excuses after two and three weeks. In July, still not having found an acceptable panel to put in my home, I found myself in the area of their office again. I went in and spoke to a man named Drew there, explained as above and was promised he'd get me the price asap. Well it's July 31 and I haven't heard back at all. What is going on there? Don't they want to sell things? Isn't that how they make money? What a waste of my time and effort. I've found a good product on line and am having it shipped from a California distributor.
Description of Work: Went into their showroom and found two possible rock panels for my interior wall project. Requested pricing on a specific quantity of product. Was told I would get a price within a day or two.
