Description of Work: I had leaks in a bedroom corner wall, the connecting bathroom wall over the shower, and a skylight in the laundry room across from said bedroom. Jeff Miller from Ariat Roofing came the day after I contacted the company and examined the roofing over the areas in question. He took photos to show me the areas causing the leakage. He also explained that the company was backed up with critical roofing jobs, so the the official job quote as well as any repair work was approximately one month out. I decided to wait for Ariat Roofing's availability and was not disappointed. The official quote came in at same price as verbally quoted. The job was done 3 weeks later, within the estimated timeline. The job was done efficiently, photos were taken to show me exactly what was done, the cleanup was impeccable, the workers professional. Jeff Miller was onsite and on hand throughout the repair process. I have a 2-year warranty on the repair, I received the 10% Angie's List discount. I'm very happy with the roofing repair and would definitely recommend Ariat Roofing, and would definitely use this company again if needed.

Description of Work: I called several times to get a quote to repair my roof. The messages I left were never returned. On the third try, I talked to Jay and he asked me to send him an email and he would get back to me. He never returned my call or email. I sent another email two weeks later and he did not reply to that one. Very poor customer service. I'll look elsewhere.

Description of Work: I tried 3 times to get this company to come to my house for at least an inspection of my roof damage. He either never showed up without any phone call or never answered his phone! When I did get him on the phone to explain why he didn't show up, his excuse was that he was sick. I was highly disappointed since the company has a A rating and a Customer Service award!

Description of Work: I knew that several of the terra cotta tiles on my roof were broken and/or loose. I called Jeff Millereat Ariat for an estimate for the repairs. He came out right away, inspected the roof and gave me a written estimate, which I considered to be extremely reasonable. We coordinated dates for the repairs to be made and he arrived punctually, made the repairs, found some additional problems that he fixed at no additional costs. Jeff was personable and professional in his approach to the work. His crews appeared to be experienced, careful and thorough. I couldn't be more satisfied with their work and their approach to customer service.

Description of Work: We had three leaks in our roof that needed to be addressed right away. Jay was great. He had a large crew in here quickly and they were able to refinish a third of our roof in just a few hours, at a reasonable rate. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Description of Work: In the winds we had about 2 months ago, we had a lot of damage to a rental property that we own. I did get estimates and met with other contractors but chose him because of his professionalism. He also allowed us to take home samples of roof shingles (which we did return). He did the job ahead of schedule - took a total of 2 days to completely strip it and reshingle it. Left the place clean and did several little extras without being asked and without charging. We did know there were some bad plywood panels on the roof that would need replacing. I gave him an idea of what I thought the damage was, but when he did the job, there was more than initially suspected but he repaired it all at no extra charge. The reason for the misunderstanding on the amount of damage was that we had the roof tarped while we looked for a contractor and did not want the tarp removed until we actually got the work started. When the work was completed, we called him back to ask a question about something, he came, didn't get defensive, just went up on the roof with my husband, explained what had been done and we are VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK We will definitely be using him again.

Description of Work: They did patch work for our roof from damage made from a wind storm.
