they came early ready to go and in 4 hours had the job done they went above and beyond what i expected not only did they fix the area we had talked about they inspected the rest of my roof and fixed a few other trouble spots it was great to find someone that really took the extra step what a great team of guys

We called an A/C company to take care of the clogged line, but I was satisfied with the service Ariat Roofing Inc provided.

Obtained an estimate which was in line with other estimates. Jay, the owner, was very eager to please and gave me a contract that was excellent. He and his crew did the complete job in a very workmanlike manner and within the agreed upon time frame. Roof looks great and I saw they were using quality materials while doing the re-roof. I would refer Ariat to friends and others.

Jay and I spoke before the Thanksgiving holiday. We scheduled for Monday after the holiday. The crew arrived promptly at 6:30 in the morning and were finished by the end of the day. They removed two layers of shingles, inspected all plywood and found no issues. Layed down new felt, new guards around the entire roof and beautiful new shingles. They cleaned as they went and left no trace that they were even here. Very pleased. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The price was right and it was the best warranty we found combined the best in communication. Their reviews speak for themselves!

I got the better roofer, MAC roofing, because Ariat didn't even respond.

Jay showed up promptly with his crew, they replaced the broken roof tiles (we live on a golf course) for both our house and our neighbors house (also on the golf course). They installed an attic fan in our house and cleaned up after themselves. We were very pleased with their professionalism and promptness. We will definitely call upon them again to repair the golf damage.

It all went great! Jay Gray was prompt with providing a detailed proposal and price, and scheduling the job to accommodate our calendar. His crew was on time, professional, hard working, and cleaned up meticulously afterwards.

They arrived on time, got right to work, work was done professionally with full clean-up afterwards. Even replaced a couple of tiles and sealed the outdoor kitchen roof.

Jay, Eric and crew were outstanding. After contacting Jay he arrived as scheduled at my house to do an assessment. I advised him of work desired, he completed his assessment and emailed me a comprehensive proposal which included the work I requested (unlike some contractors), what needed to be done, cost and warranty info. Jay followed-up with a phone call to discuss details of the proposal and answer any questions that I had. On the scheduled work day, Eric and a full crew (as promised by Jay) showed up on-time, introduced himself and prepped the work area to ensure my property and neighbors property was not damaged due to falling debris. They did an outstanding job, cleaned up the work area, and completed the job in one day. Very professional, friendly crew. I highly recommend Ariat Roofing to anyone needing roof work.

I called Ariat Roofing and they answered the first time. They took down my information, stated that Jay would be calling me shortly and the cost would be $150.00. After no call for two days, I called back. No one answered and I left a message. Another week passed so I called again because no one had been in touch with me and there was no answer again.

I was happy with the re roofing job. I wish i could have been able to communicate with the workers. It would have been nice if a translator would have been there while the workers were there so we could communicate.

I very RARELY give reviews..but I felt this was needed. Credit given where credit is due. The whole process (which I was dreading) went off without a hitch. Super professional staff with super results. The original roof work was done on 2/2015 and a year later 6/2016 after a heavy rain...a small leak was detected in the garage and Jay sent his staff out for inspection and fixed it by pulling tiles and reworking the entire area where the leak was. I came home from work and I could never tell they were even out. I checked in side the garage where the leak used to be..and detected NO water. No trash or debris was left and the roof looks great.

Jay and the team were very professional and easy to talk to. They were very responsive, straight forward and on time for the estimate as well as the work itself. I hope I don't need a roofer in the future, but if I do, it will be this company!

This company was very honest! They came out and did a roof inspection for FREE! They said the roof looked great and no problems were found. They told me the sound was just the way the wind was hitting the roof. They didn't try to sell me on anything and were very professional. I would recommend them for any roofing problems!

Ariat Roofing did an amazing job! Jay (owner) came out with his son and did the estimate. I had the estimate in my email the next day. All of the estimates I received were for the same materials, repairs and services: 30 Year Owens-Corning Oakridge 10 yr Labor warranty new vent flashing throughout choice of drip edge colors 1 4x8 section of sheathing repairs Jay's was the last of 3 estimates I received and it was the best price with the shortest lead time and same-day finish. I signed the contract digitally and it was a done deal. The crew showed up on time at 6:30 am and got right to work. They laid out tarps, moved my patio furniture and started tearing off the old roofing. They made sure to clean up any messes as they went along, and even used a magnetic sweeper around my property to make sure no stray nails were left behind. When they got to the sheathing damage, they let me inspect the interior damage before they closed it up as I requested. I really felt bad for these guys because by 10am, it was already 105 out, and they were just starting to put the new roof on! I periodically came out and inspected the work they were doing, and I was really happy with the attention to detail they had around the dormers on my roof to make sure it would be water tight. When they wrapped up, everything was clean and put back where they found it and I really couldn't be happier with the results! My neighbors already came over and got a glowing recommendation from me. Thanks a ton Ariat, it seems like I won't be needing you at this house for 30 years! :D

Work was done quickly and on time. He was able to obtain and install the turbine vents the same morning he came to check them out. Very satisfied with the work and professionalism.

Workers were right on time, 6:30 am. They were clean and polite. They repaired leaking roof. I received a phone call the night before to confirm that they will be there between 6:30 - 7:00 am.

His recommendation was I was not in need of repairs. No charge. Honest and reliable. I would highly recommend.

While we believe the leak above the playroom was fixed, the leak above the window in the living room still has not been fixed. A 2-year warranty was noted on the proposal provided by Ariat, and within that warranty period, I contacted Jeff Miller on May 20, 2015 advising him that the area in the living room was leaking again. Jeff and a crew did return to our house on May 22, 2015 to do additional repair work. I asked that Jeff send me an e-mail describing what they did to repair the area; however, I only received three photos from him on May 29, 2015. One showed water leak stains on the living room window, and the other two showed parts of the roof with the tile removed. I followed up with Jeff on June 15, 2015 asking about the status of the description of the additional repair work they did but received no response. I have continued to monitor the area since that time, and once again, on April 9, 2016, less than a year after the last repair, the area in the living room began to leak. I sent an e-mail to Jeff Miller that evening, but I received an e-mail that my message could not be delivered. Therefore, I sent a message through Ariat's Web site, and I also left them a voice mail that evening. I did receive a phone call from a woman at Ariat on April 11, 2016 indicating Jay, the owner, would be calling me since Jeff Miller was no longer with the company. I did not get a call from Jay on Monday, April 11, 2016, so I called Ariat's office again on April 12, 2016 inquiring as to when I could expect to hear from Jay. Jay did call me the evening of April 12, 2016 and set up an appointment to come to our home on April 13, 2016 in the afternoon. Jay and an associate visited our home on April 13, 2016. I showed Jay the area in the living room where the water leaks were occurring pointing out the stains on the wood window trim, the water stains on the windows, and the drywall tape which was now bulging out of the ceiling due to the water which had entered the home. Jay and I then joined his associate on the roof so he could take a look at that area. Jay did not seem certain of what the issue was but pointed out something he saw on the flat roof and also indicated he would need to pull up rows of tiles to see if there were any issues. He also proposed using elastomeric to patch areas of concern, which upon further thought concerns me as the homeowner because it does not sound like it is dealing with the root of the problem which is what we paid to have addressed. After reviewing the roof Jay and his associate left, but I confirmed with him multiple times before he left that he would call me on Monday, April 18, 2016, to set up a time on either Wednesday, April 20, 2016, or Thursday, April 21, 2016, to work on our roof. I did not receive a call on Monday, April 18, 2016 so I called Ariat's office on April 19, 2016 and left a voice mail asking when I could expect to hear from Jay regarding which day that week he would have a crew at our home to repair the roof. As of Friday, April 22, 2016, I had not received a phone call from Jay so I called his office once again. The woman in the office answered the phone this time, and I told her I was running out of patience and asked for an explanation as to why I had not received a call from Jay. She did not know why Jay had not called and assured me that warranty work received top priority. She indicated he was on the roof at the present time but would speak to him that day and have him call me. It is now April 27, 2016, and it is two weeks since Jay visited our home with his associate. We have received no further follow up from Jay, and the leak, which they were supposed to have repaired in September of 2013 over our living room, is still not fixed. This is totally unacceptable since we paid over one thousand dollars for repair work that simply has not worked. Given this company's profile on Angie's List as a Super Service Award winner and the prominent advertising they display in the Angie's List magazine we get every month, we had every right to expect top-notch customer service and repair work from this company, and that is not what we have received. If this company is not willing to stand behind their work and deliver quality repair work which actually resolves our roof leak which we already paid them for, then we believe Angie's List should get involved and help us get our money back so we can get a different roofing company to resolve our roof leak. Finally, even though the latest leak occurred outside of the initial two-year warranty, this company performed additional repair work in 2015, and I also confirmed with the Nevada State Contractors Board that there is a four-year window within which work by a licensed contractor is subject to their review if there are issues with the work done by the contractor.
